“We asked Snowfinders to find us a catered chalet in a family ski resort and they certainly delivered at a price that beat all other companies. Chalet Bramble in Reberty was amazing! All the Ski Famile staff were brilliant which made for a great holiday. Snowfinders have great knowledge of ski resorts depending on what you require and would definitely recommend.”

“I booked 2 trips with snowfinders this year, both a family and friends trip. Organising the trips was a painless experience and we got exactly what we wanted despite being a rather tricky group to cater for! Trips were a hotel in Obergurgl, Austria and a private catered chalet in Val D’saire, France. We were provided with lots of different options to cater for differing budgets and group sizes and the option we resulted with was a great fit! We also had to do a last minute name change (a week before!) and this was handled very simply for a standard fee. Thanks so much - will be back again next year!”

“Great service from our initial enquiry to departure from Hayley at Snowfinders. Her recommendation for Hotel Brigitte in Ischgl was spot on for our requirements. We were booked with Inghams and it was cheaper booking with Snowfinders than going direct. We would definitely recommend Snowfinders and making use of their knowledge and excellent customer service.”

“We've used snowfinders for a few years and they are great at finding just the right property or hotel for our holiday needs. We used them a few years ago when we were new to skiing as a family and appreciated Snowfinder's help working out what I needed to book, ski pass, lessons etc and take. Snow Finders also helped with which area and resort to go to and I found that invaluable, we went to Obergurgl for the first time this year and loved it for a family ski holiday wanting blue runs we could all do together.”

“What went well... You secured the accommodation we wanted promptly. All pre holiday info was clear Even Better If... Flight tickets sent through 7 days before departure but didn't know when I was getting them, so was a bit stressful as it was a busy working week for me so would have been nice to sort earlier. Probably the responsibility of Ski Vertigo Being a Jet2 charter flight I was unable to use their app. Top Tips for your clients booking a Ski Vertigo Holiday.... Explain: Ski Vertigo parent company is Ski Famille - they are the same company. You won't be able to use the Jet2 App Make sure you request printed boarding cards from baggage check-in as (with us) photos of boarding passes didn't scan at security. Top Tip : Split Skis at mountain restaurants as we may have to pay for someone taking hire skis by accident Otherwise all good Many thanks Martin”

“I’ve used Snowfinders and other companies for over 10 years. They are excellent. Online or on the phone- so easy to contact and discuss anything. But you’re not paying more for that personal service- their prices are same/better than any big ski company /holiday company. Really great team.”

“Amazing customer service and great expert advice. Imogen and team were very responsive to our needs and made our hunt for the best holiday so easy. Their communication was just right, they didn't bombard us with emails afterwards but were quick to respond when I had a question. I will definitely use them again and would recommend highly!! “We used Snowfinders for the first time this year and their service was excellent. Nick's resort knowledge is brilliant and he expertly matched us to somewhere that suited our group of mixed abilities, a fantastic time was had by all! He helped us manage different flight requirements, sort lift passes and ski hire and the overall communication with the entire team was great.”

“Have used snowfinders since 2005 for all our skiing holidays and wouldn’t use any one else Exceptional service , knowledge and dedication to finding our perfect holiday Went to Banff Canada for the first time over Easter holidays this year for our ski holiday and Imogen organised everything we needed , lift passes and ski hire and seems to have a sixth sense in knowing what accommodation wound suit us the best. Always feels like we are talking to friends whenever we ring up to organise our ski holiday , have already sorted out next years holiday”

Their service always goes above and beyond, great choice of resorts and accommodation. “Snowfinders were brilliant from start to finish. Having sent an enqiry outlining what I was looking for they gave me a range of options to consider, all of which matched up to what I had asked for. I really appreciated the time taken to further discuss it all, and that all details were managed by Snowfinders meaning i could go on my trip confident everything was sorted out. Everything went smoothly, no problems at all, and I will definitely be using Snowfinders again, not least because their combined knowledge of the ski resorts / areas means they really can recommend the right options for you.”

“Booked several times with SnowFinders, most recently an excellent Easter skiing trip to Banff, Canada. Nick and the team are always professional and are more than happy to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly, booking is easy, communication is great, admin is efficient and timely. Top notch advice on where to ski, what you can expect in which accommodation, help with arranging ski-carriage, lift pass booking, airport procedures etc. and their service is free. I can't recommend SnowFinders enough and will be booking with them again in the future.”
