Excellent customer service. Made great suggestions based on our requirements and found a good solution for our needs. Hotel was superb, especially after they upgraded our room and good location that was quiet and with good access to the different ski areas. Snowfinders responded efficiently to our questions and I would highly recommend.

Snow finders have been amazing at finding some really good ski holidays. We use them most years and always like to find them a challenge. We enjoy going to recommended places by them and have not been let down. We recommend then to friends and family.

They are always at the end of the phone for any queries; they’re literally faultless. From their friendly and helpful service to their recommendations and taking time to get to know us and what we are looking for. We’ve been using Snowfinders for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Nick always has the answer, no matter how obscure the ski- related question. For almost 20 years he has given us great advice.

Well done Nick for recommending Obertauern in Austria a pleasant surprise. Had an enjoyable week, good food and facilities at the Hotel Steiner, easy access to the slopes. Not many Black runs, but a range of Reds, Blues and Greens.

Snowfinders provided a brilliant service: the resort was wonderful (small, providing everything one would have wanted (incl supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, and the Tourist Office), unspoilt, busy, as it was half term, but that didn't get in the way at all, very well maintained, and importantly right on the slopes (ski in, ski out) and in a stunningly beautiful situation. Le Roc Noir was perfect too: very comfortable, very clean, and itself on the slopes. It was well managed, and staff there were very helpful too. Snowfinders were efficient, helpful and prompt in their responses. Altogether it couldn't have been bettered.

I just wanted to say a big thank you and give you some feedback about the trip you organized for my son and me. We have just got back from a glorious week in Colorado. I thought you might appreciate the feedback even though you have been there yourself. I won't go into the flights etc as I organised that myself. It was all very smooth. Just for interest, I got the flights very cheap but not sure how. In the end it cost me £300 each for return flights to Heathrow. Don't think we will ever see that again. I got another £200 discount for airmiles. At the other end, Epic Mountain Express was easy to find, just as you described on the itinerary. They were very efficient and we were easily onto the transfer vehicle. Unfortunately there was a snow storm blowing so it took us nearly 5 hrs instead of two but it was all fun even though we could not see two feet in front of us. The transfer is very expensive and I looked at alternatives but there isn't a great deal and on that particular day I was grateful for our driver's experience. The Village, hotel apartment was an easy check in. Foyer was very welcoming and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and well equipped. We were on the top (7th) floor with a great view. For two of us we had more than we needed. Kitchen was good with all washing and drying things inc dishwasher tablets. Big fridge and cooker. Bathroom was just very slightly dated but everything was clean and functional. We wanted for nothing more. There were USB chargers for devices and brilliant WiFi. Bed was very comfy and the apartment was warm to a perfect temperature. If you wanted room cleaning services it was between $20 and $60 dollors depending on what you wanted. We didnt need any towel changes etc as we used the Spa facilities everyday. I know we discussed the Gravity Haus as a slightly better but more expensive option and it did indeed look more modern from the outside but we were happy where we were and needed no more luxury. Best bit about The Village was the pool, hot tubs and steam room/sauna. We used that every day. It was so nice snowing and being outside in the warm pools. Free towels and very clean changing rooms with lockers. There were pool tables and various other games in the pool area, as well as a cinema and outdoor seating area with fire. Then, the ski lessons for my 14 year old. All brilliantly organised. As you said they assessed the ability and moved them around the groups according to experience. They had a good meal and drink at lunch all included and at the end of the day at drop off the instructor gave feedback on what to work on the next day. Couldn't fault it. Seb enjoyed it very much. We were very lucky with the weather. It snowed constantly for 36 hours and it was champagne powder which was knee deep. Great skiing. All runs were regularly groomed to perfection. The next few days were glorious sunshine. Eating out was interesting. Firstly, it is very expensive. On average we were paying around $80 for two each evening. That would include just a main and one beer and maybe a soft drink. Plenty of fresh iced water was always served at no cost. There is the tip to consider on top which is everywhere, even the ski instructors. We kinda got used to it but the minimum seemed to be 20% which is quite a lot. We had breakfast one day and that was $50 for 2 plus tip. What I didn't like was that at restaurants they took your card away from you to pay and then brought a slip to sign for the tip. I am sure there is a good reason but in this day and age they should not take the card away. There is a risk the card is skimmed. Although I didn't ski, I wish I had. I was very apprehensive due to my previous knee ops and back surgery. In the end I went to the Nordic centre which was absolutely fab. They are a family run business and they were really friendly and helpful. I took a snowshoe tour which was really nice. You have the shoes and trail pass all day so you can explore the many trails there. Very easy to follow and if you do get lost they will track you. I was so impressed that I plucked up the courage and booked a cross ski lesson and once again they were great. I'm so glad I did some skiing and in hindsight, I would have been fine on the slopes. Maybe next time! I would highly recommend the Nordic centre for anyone not skiing. There is a free bus service around town which gets you to the important places easily. There is also a free Gondola up to Peak 8 (I think). It's a great way to see the area. Takes about 6-7 mins and you can sit in the sun with a coffee or beer at the top. There are loads of places to eat. Portions are too much. My personal experience as a vegetarian was a little average. Even in the veg options I found bits of bacon as everything seems to be fried in bacon fat. I believe there are good places to eat, especially steaks which my son loved. I love good coffee but everything I had was bitter and it need not be as they had good beans. All in all, a fantastic holiday and I am so glad I left it with you to sort for me. I had already looked to book everything online by myself which is easy to do but I can say for anyone reading thsi that although its easy to do it yourslef online, Nick at Snowfinders was brilliant and in the end he saved me a few hundred dollars as he waited and hunted for the best prices. I chose snowfinders becasue of the 5 sar reviews and now I really belive that these are true ratings. Thank you for giving my son and I an experience we will never forget. Many thanks for your help and advice.

Have booked many ski trips through Snowfinders and can honestly say that we find Nick and his team extremely knowledgeable on all ski resorts and accommodations. Snowfinders are excellent at tailoring a ski package to suit varying requirements and are always very competitive on price. Their customer service is excellent and all our holidays booked through Snowfinders have been 10 out of 10. You are certainly in safe hands booking a ski trip through this company.

Had an absolutely awesome week in Arabba at the beginning of February. Clear skies throughout and, as ever, beautifully maintained pistes. Hidden valley didn't disappoint, Marmolada was lovely and Cortina's "Super 8" was interesting, with lifts that brought back memories. The team dealt with all requests promptly. Pity we had to book ski carriage separately and directly with the airline.

We booked a ski trip with Snowfinders for our group of 6 including a couple of non-skiers. The recommended resort and ski area were excellent as was the communication with Nick and his team. Hassle free !

Been using Snow Finders for years and always had a great holiday. This year we were recommended the Hotel Mezdi in Colfosco. Great room, top open air hot tub and easy ski hire next door and quick access to the slopes. Food good but not great. Alta Badia resort one of the best I have skied at, with first class piste management despite not being particularly high. Highlights are doing the Sella Ronda and Hidden valley.

As always, great service from all the team at Snowfinders! Phoned for a last minute, short break and were booked up very quickly. The holiday was exactly as described, personal experience of the property really shone through. Thanks again for great experience and friendly service. Keep up the great work!

Another really good week courtesy of Snow Finders. This was our second visit to the Hotel Neige et Roc in Prodains, part of the Avoriaz resort. A really comfortable and pleasant hotel and a bit quirky. Flight and transfers smoothly via Crystal/TUI.

superb organisation by Snowfinders for our recent ski trip, arriving from different UK cities. Always helpful, always knowledgable, and had clearly been to both the resort and the hotel we stayed in, and even skied the runs. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a hassle-free ski trip.

The Snow Finders team did a great job again for me this year organising another stay for me at the La Majon hotel in Selva. The whole booking process went very smoothly and I really enjoyed my time in the Dolomites (great snow and the linked resorts provide a great range of pistes to try).
