From the screenshot provided and after raising this with our development team, it seems to be an issue with some anti-virus software installed on the device you're using. Hello Shaun Thank you for your review. I've just tried calling you and have left you a voicemail. I'm sorry to hear your ticket collection hasn't appeared. When your booking is complete it's always immediately sent to the address provided. I'd ask that you please check your spam folder just in case the email has landed in there. I've also resent your collection email so it appears higher up in your inbox for you. You're also able to retrieve your tickets at any time without the email by heading directly to your order history at skiddle.com/orders. Here, you can also resend the ticket receipt. “This was an a amazing experience, staff were all friendly. Excellent drive tru concept, especially during Covid. The actors were so professional and excellent costumes. I think having your doors open along with the YouTube “The Road To Hell - Soundtrack” playing because it will enhance your experience. Hi there Thanks for taking the leave your review. For ticket prices under £10, a flat rate of £1 is applied in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. As you can appreciate, without charging a booking fee, we wouldn't be able to operate. We do appreciate how frustrating these fees can be so we do our absolute best to keep them to a minimum.
