“Didn’t notice any effects from this candle, it certainly didn’t make me, or my dogs, able to relax/chill any better than an aromatherapy candle and the actual smell of it wasn’t even noticeable to be honest”

“These were bought for my mother who suffers with cronic neck pain. She is in a care home & the Dr agreed to let het try them but she had an adverse reaction. But I am trying them myself as I have pain in my legs.”

CBD is completely individual to everyone and it is very important to consider that one's experience may not be the same as others when trialling CBD for the first time. Many personal factors may have been involved in the reason why your mum reacted to the patches however we do have a broad range of CBD products available such as oils, gummies, capsules, vapes and balms if she wanted to give a different method of CBD a try. When it comes to CBD it can take up to 8 weeks for you to gain the desired benefits. We do recommend replacing the CBD patches every 36 hours or earlier if necessary to gain maximal benefits. CBD can take several weeks for you to build up the CBD presence within your body to gain your desired benefits. It is also completely individual to everyone to slowly monitor and decide whether you are taking the correct CBD product and strength suited to your individual needs. “Excellent as always. Very quick and helpful responses to questions via email. Website is clear, well laid out and easy to use. Packed with useful information about CBD. There are guides to starting out, how to increase and maintain optimum dose and much more. Also an ethical company which supports a local dog rescue charity and also cares about the environment. The CBD oil is high quality and at a very reasonable price. Always despatched very promptly and the carrier is reliable. Can't recommend highly enough and I tell relatives and friends who want to use CBD oil to use Simply CBD.”

“I am extremely annoyed with the company. I find it very difficult to claim rewards. I have over 400 points and I am unable to cash them. The 30 mg patches are youse were very well, if they did not I would certainly stop buying from them.”

Regarding claiming your points you can claim these via your online account on the website by following the steps below for you to be able to use the rewards points against your purchase: Step 1: Log into your account via the Simply CBD website Step 2: Click on the rewards tab at the top of the page and follow the instructions (When claiming your points you generate your points into a discount voucher which can be applied to your basket when making a purchase). Step 3: Once your rewards code has been generated copy and paste the code and input the code at the checkout page when placing your one off order. If you do struggle to claim your points we have a live chat available via our website between the hours of Monday- Friday 9-5pm. If you message us asking for some assistance we can help you. “Easy to use website, have ordered drops & patches previously but saw the candle on their Facebook group so ordered in the hope of helping my cocker spaniel calm during fireworks. I do feel it helped him, he is extremely anxious with any noise but in the run up to bonfire night he was getting himself in a right state. We lit the candle early evening & settle down to watch TV (louder than usual) & he coped so.much better, we could still hear the noise & he'd look around but he wasn't doing the usual trembling, hiding in bathroom etc”
