“These 15mg patches were purchased for a relative she used them for about ten days but had to stop as she was getting headaches and feeling unwell and she hasn't used them since and feels a lot better.”

In relation to taking CBD for the first time, it can take up to 8 weeks for you to gain the desired benefits. Unfortunately 10 days is very little time to see much effects from the CBD. “This strength is perfect for me before going to bed as it acts very quickly. I was finding that the capsules didn't always have the same effect even if I took them a couple of hours before bed. Only thing I don't like much is the taste.”

“Couldn’t cope with my pain if I didn’t have my Simply CBD a few weeks ago it stopped workin as the pain increased I had slowly put up number of drops I was taking one night I lay awake wondering why. Suddenly I realised I should not have increased them. My sweet spot had been 3-4 drops three times a day for some considerable time. I dropped back to 4 drops three times a day and they started helping me cope with pain again. Liz”

If you followed our guidelines and did not gain significant benefits from taking it then that would mean that the specific product you chose is the incorrect strength for your specific needs. It may also mean that you may need to alter your daily intake of your current oil. CBD is completely trial and error in finding the right strength for your individual needs. It is completely individual to everyone to slowly increase how many drops per day to find the correct amount of drops to suit your desired needs. “I love using this. This was recommended to me years ago by a friend and I have used it ever since. I initially started using it for pain management but now I have no pain so just keep it going once to twice a day. I also add it to my face cream and on any burns, cuts etc ( I find it promotes faster healing and healthy-looking skin)Also started giving in to my border collie this week as he has been suffering with anxiety and he has responded very well with it.”

“Recommended this for my boy who suffered terribly with anxiety with fireworks and loud noises he also had a little arthritis and was starting to limp. This is amazing built it up gradually 5 weeks before fireworks season could not believe the difference did not even bat an eyelid when they were going off his limp has practically gone would definitely recommend and have done”
