“Although my order was split into two shipments I was able to speak to the customer services who contacted me back within 20 minutes with an answer as to why I only received one package. The next day, the reset of the order appeared with a goody bag included. Ownership and admittance of the issue meant I was reassured they knew what was happening. I also appreciate the little goody bag with a ca. £20 value.”

Your item went with Royal Mail but they were striking on those days, and have been striking this week too a large number of parcels have been delayed because of this. I can only apologise but it should be with you soon.

“Good products at good prices and decent shipping options, which is the main reason I went with them, didn't fancy getting ripped off by other companies who charge a fortune to ship to Northern Ireland. Was quickly dispatched and arrived quickly. Will be using them again.”
