“The Rupes pads I received were tiny, tiny. I must have misread the size. The other ones you were selling were much too big. I think the price was ridiculous considering all they were was a tiny bit of sponge. And then there was the post and packing. How do you warrant it?”

Sorry you are not happy John, however a few things. The pads clearly say the size on the title and description so we can't do much more to help there. As for the price and the postage. If you weren't happy with it, why purchase them? Also if you were not happy with what you received, why not just get in touch with us, instead of leaving this review? These are Rupes products, they are not cheap i'm afraid and there is not a great deal we can do about that, they are expensive for us to buy-in. You will see shopping around they are all of a very similar price. Also, postage costs us regardless, Royal Mail won't give it to us for free because it's 2 foam pads.

“Order item mid December which had a 3-5 days delivery arranged and paid for, the item took almost 4 weeks to arrive, the address was wrong on my parcel and despite several Emails to the company I personally had to contact the delivery company who eventually changed the address to release the item, pretty poor customer service.”
