“I received an article which was not the correct one. After emailing, I was given the possibility of sending it back myself with a receipt of postage for a refund but there was never an apology or explanation offered for receiving the wrong article. All it takes is an earnest apology. I thought that this attitude was poor and strange for an online company to have that kind of attitude towards its customers.”

Hello, Apologies you are unhappy with the outcome but often our suppliers change items without prior knowledge. However we will always make sure that any items that do change are perfectly suitable for use and what they are sold as before sending, which this item is. I did offer reassurance that this item was suitable for your needs however you were not happy with this so I did offer the chance for you to send it back and we would refund fully plus additional return expense but you did not get back to us.
