“Flowmeter for a commercial style Whirlpool washing machine received as described & works perfectly. Would have given 5 🌟 but reduced to 3 🌟 as item took 8 days to delivery because it was sent with Hermes a company with poor record of service from experience which is shared by thousands reviews you see online. This is important as most customers ordering from a spare parts company require the item urgently as a machine or equipment has broken down. See WHICH ranking of Hermes which is nearly at bottom.”

That is why we offer the option, on most items of using free, Hermes/Evri and DPD, and you could have chosen to use DPD with the premium shipping as advised for urgently required items. We leave the choice up to the buyer to decide what best suits their own personal requirements at various prices.

I had searched everywhere, but found that even the original fridge manufacturer had discontinued them, therefore thought this company was not legit. I couldn’t be more wrong. “Ordered a washing machine door, which arrived very quickly after ordering. I was confident I'd ordered the correct parts after UK Whitegoods cross-checked my order with my machine serial number. The part was very well packaged, however, I could hear loose parts rattling inside the door. The loose parts turned out to be parts of the inner door moulding, which was disappointing but doesn't appear to affect the performance of the part.”

“I was very pleased that I found this website. I was able to get the spares (oven door hinges) that CDA said were not longer available although they did give me the actual spare P/N which helped. It saved me the cost of a new oven. I would not recommend CDA appliances but UK whitegoods provide a great service.”

“excellent! Ice maker stopped working on a Daewoo fridge/freezer (American style) - also happened to be non-EU region model so essentially impossible to find a replacement part. U.K. Whitegoods were exceptionally helpful explaining the situation and coming up with suggestions, eventually managing to find a solution such that we can enjoy ice again and my wife will stop complaining. 10/10 I’d recommend using U.K. Whitegoods!”

“I am very disappointed that you don’t do business with South Africa but in a way I can understand it when you consider what the government of the last 27 years has done to the country. However, I would be prepared to pay for the 2 Smeg shock absorbers by VISA Card and arrange for a courier company to collect from your facility and deliver to me. “I was looking to repair a Beko CDA539FS-2 fridge freezer I had read that the two PCB boards could be the problem and had replaced them , to no avail. I hadn't thought of the Thermistor/Sensor until I read your article on it. https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/fix-it-yourself/specific-faults/4336-beko-electronic-fridge-freezer-sensors. It was a great fix and thanks for the information on your website. I bought the replacement thermistor sensor and the fridge freezer is working normally now. I did need to modify the original Sensor holder the replacement sensor was a tad too big. Its a pity BEKO were not more forthcoming with the information about a replacement sensor and maybe they could have made the part more accessible in their design. Keep up the good work and I am glad to say that one unit at least is saved from the skip . I am sure that more units could be recycled for at least a few more years rather than a early demise. I will certainly use UK Whitegoods in future. Only down side is that they don't deliver to Southern Ireland due to Brexit . Photo attached for original beko sensor/Thermistor Will be in touch again if I need any more parts”

“Ordered a Liebherr Accessory which was accepted by Whitegoods. A while later they said they could not supply the accessory because there had been a steep price increase so the order was cancelled and refunded. Strictly speaking Whitegoods should have supplied at the advertised price even though it meant a loss to them. They are not alone, suppliers in Germany face the same problem a steep rise in metal prices from April. The part from Liebherr was quoted at UKP 58 over twice the price and would not commit to a lead time. A German supplier contacted Liebherr saying the lead time to them was 3 weeks but did not quote a price.”

Sadly manufacturers can alter pricing whenever they like as they see fit for whatever reason they want. That happened here. And, as we don't run as a charity, we can't do as you suggest and lose money on the sale of a single order item that more than doubled in price, that really is an unrealistic expectation. In much the same way as many wouldn't want to pay the new price.

“I’ve had really excellent service from this company, both in email communication prior to buying and the parts being delivered. Their website in relation to this particular part was by far the most helpful and informative as the part I was searching for has been discontinued ! I therefore had to order a replacement motor as well as ice dispenser and was naturally sceptical but it works like a dream! My Beko American fridge freezer is a 2015 model so I can confirm these 2 parts do work ! Excellent service all round and would use again. Thanks”

We couldn't help you because the part you need is obsolete and if that's a repair it will not be burning correctly so may be producing carbon monoxide that may kill. Which is the very reason that we will *NOT* provide gas parts we do not know are safe.
