“So I initially ordered a coffee travel cup in the wrong colour on the website. I immediately contacted customer services to raise this and they changed it without any fuss. The colour I went with is so beautiful. The product feels sturdy, secure and is certainly leak proof. This is a product I stand by and would highly recommend to anyone that asks! Even if they don’t ask, I’ll happily brag about it and inform people about SHO’s products. I’d been looking for a reliable coffee mug for a while and I’m so glad to have finally found one with SHO. Another thing I love about this product is the fact that the outside remains cool to touch, despite the hot coffee that is within the cup. And my coffee stays hot in throughout my long car journeys into work, which is just amazing.”

“Excellent product, value for money & very good service. My only small criticism, and this may have been my fault when ordering, is my SHO cup came with a sip lid that didn’t close so it wasn’t great when travelling as splashed over the side. I had to purchase a lid with a closer. The lid & closer fits tight so no more splashes when having coffee on the go. SHO are a great company to deal with & orders are delivered quickly & the cardboard packaging can be recycled. Lots of choice of designs so you will find a cup to suit your style.”
