I did not recieve this item. Customer service was not very helpful and I would like to receive a refund for this order. I have no receipt on my account but the representative said he couldn't do anything about it. I will not give a positive review until I have some recompense.

I am very disappointed because the jacket does not match the images on the site: the logo at the top of the collar is different the zip puller is not in Tibetan colors and so it was better when we could buy in kathmandu, I will never order online from a lying site again. bye

Das erhaltene Rolpha Jacket hat leider folgende 3 Mängel: 1. Reissverschluss unsauber vernäht 2. Reissverschluss wellig eingenäht, damit schwer zu schließen 3. Aufhänger ist an einer Seite lose bzw nicht eingenäht. Nicht aufhängbar somit. Ich bitte daher um Zusendung eines Retourenlabel

I'm still trying to find out where it's at and you want reviewa?? Ordered on 08/25 today is 09/21 still haven't received it. I did receive the t-shirt that was part of the order but no vest. Tried to call, never got through, emailed and so far, no response. You did however remember to charge me. Sherpa, can we get this resolved?

Disappointed. I bought this skort (skirt and shorts in one) to wear on a long hike in hot weather. I thought that I would have good movement and that the shorts part would be comfortable and help to prevent any chafing. Unfortunately the shorts part of the garment did not stay in place and the legs just kept riding upwards. So I had a big lump of uncomfortable fabric right where I didn't need it. If I hadn't worn them I would have sent them back. However it was all too late and I didn't know that was going to be the outcome until I wore the item. Not recommended for hiking or indeed anything other than sitting in a chair!

I ordered 3 t-shirts from Sherpa. After I ordered, they emailed me saying they could only give me two, as one was out of stock. It has been over 2 weeks now since I ordered them and still have not received the products I ordered. Instead, I received two packages that were addressed to me but were not the things I ordered, they were someone else’s. Now Sherpa has asked me to ship those packages for them but I still have not received mine or been refunded. I just wanted 2 t-shirts and instead it’s turned into a major inconvenience.

Customer service is the worst of any company I've ever shopped with. I've reached out three times via email and the contact us form and another time directly by email to Brenda Osborne over the course of 4 weeks and never received a reply. Also, they cancelled half the items in my order saying they are out of stock and yet those same items in the same size are still showing availability online 11 days later. And the men's size chart online is completely wrong. No man size L has a 40 inch neck and 32 inch chest. My emails asking for an accurate size chart went unanswered.

Well, I ordered this item but then got a message that it was not available. Online still shows it available in this color and size. Today I was prompted to review the item so sending in a review. Luckily, my local retail store had one in a different color.

Everytime I order from them I get a confirmation on my order then just when the item is due to arrive I get an email stating my item is no longer available. Very frustrating try keeping your website updated, it's really not rocket science

Skirt arrived damaged with a large hole where to skits meets the waistband. It obviously hasn’t been checked before sending meaning I had to go through the hassle of sending it back. Now awaiting the refund.

Sizes were US sizes and not UK. This was not clear at all. Returned item on 9th June, it had arrived and process on the 14th June, yet 6 working days later I am still waiting for the refund

This shirt doesn’t have the kangaroo pocket pictured. When I wrote for help, the customer service agent said she couldn’t find the item on their own website. I sent her the link and still haven’t heard back. Very disappointed. (I also got another completely wrong item in the same order.)

Well after waiting for a month I was told the pants I ordered were unavailable. I was told by Brenda Osborn that the pants would be restocked in a week. I waited. Then a box finally arrived a month and two weeks later, but no pants. Then I was told again that the pants would be sent to me by Brenda. A week went by and I received a email from her saying the pants have sold out and I would be refunded my money. Quite the disappointing experience.
