“Well after waiting for a month I was told the pants I ordered were unavailable. I was told by Brenda Osborn that the pants would be restocked in a week. I waited. Then a box finally arrived a month and two weeks later, but no pants. Then I was told again that the pants would be sent to me by Brenda. A week went by and I received a email from her saying the pants have sold out and I would be refunded my money. Quite the disappointing experience.”

“Ordered on 14 Dec - delivery scheduled for 15 Dec and rescheduled every day since then so that I have not received it by Christmas. Very very disappointing”

“Very unhappy. I really like Sherpa gear but buying directly from them has been a horrible experience. I am still waiting for a refund from a purchase two months ago. Do not buy Sherpa unless it is a retail spcae where you can physically go. I have contacted customer service several times. Still no refund.”

“I HAVE YET TO receive the three beanies I ordered. I never received a tracking number for the order. I wrote an email to discover why over a week ago, and never received a response. I left a voice message for the USA customer service number and never received a call back. It has been 6 weeks since I placed the order and over a week since I reached out to search for my order. Rectify this. Get me my purchase”

“The standards of service continue to fall at Sherpa ! My order was picked twice, sent twice and was wrong twice ! And then they had run out of the actual item I had ordered ! Such a shame as I always tried to by hiking shirts etc and other items from these guys to support causes in Nepal, but the last few years have seen you plummet in regards your products and service ! now I’ll just support Nepal through other charities and organisations.”

“I ordered the fleece lined pants, and when they arrived they were way too short and baggy. I did a proper return and paid FedEx to send them back early November. I have never gotten a refund or heard from them. I first sent an email, then a phone message. Now out the cost of the pants and the return. I would never buy from them again. Waste of money, and frustrating.”

“Renzing beanie description says fleece lined but there is only a band of lining around the edge. I expected a fully lined hat. Very disappointed. Also unable to review the item on their web site.”

“Bought a t shirt from Sherpa two years ago. It fit perfect. Ordered 3 more online this month. They are now almost 2 inches shorter in the xxl size for guys. If you are a tall guy beware. Response from company was that there are variations in sizing sometimes. Each of the 3 shirts were from factories in different countries. They were each identical in length, each was shorter than the shirt bought 2 years ago.”
