“Did not receive confirmation order after ordering after a few days I emailed them to see if order had gone through and they confirmed thet order (sheepskin jacket) had a mark on it and they were trying to scource another one. Received order and jacket is lovley, very pleased. Went up a size, ordered a 14 but usually a 12 and there is plenty of room without being too big.”

“I would have rated higher, if not for the appalling customer service. I initially ordered slippers in a size 6, turned out to be way too big. I returned them, asking for an exchange to size 5 - which is way too small. When I enquired with customer service if I could return those, I was told that they only offer one free return per customer. Riddiculous practice for a business that sells slippers and shoes ONLINE.”
