Did not receive confirmation order after ordering after a few days I emailed them to see if order had gone through and they confirmed thet order (sheepskin jacket) had a mark on it and they were trying to scource another one. Received order and jacket is lovley, very pleased. Went up a size, ordered a 14 but usually a 12 and there is plenty of room without being too big.
