“i have been following the woman plan for almost 3 weeks and its been the best thing i have ever done. Yes it was hard the first few days but once passed that it was fantastic. i have lost so much weight and i am only at the start of a long road. The variation of products drew me to the plan and very single product i have tried has been tasty and very much enjoyed. So pleased to have found STW and i want to shout it from the roof tops! don't hesitate to order, you will never look back.”

“I started this programme at the end of May 2018 and was very cynical about it working. I had struggled since January "calorie counting" and only lost 4.5 pounds in 5 months. The first week I was really surprised how I wasn't starving or lethargic or moody. Yes, I was hungry but it was a hungry that you get used to very quickly and easy to manage. At the end of my first week I lost 5.5 pounds and was absolutely over the moon. Every week since I have consistently lost weight apart from 2 weeks on holiday where I didn't follow the plan - but even then I only put 3 pounds on as my whole mindset has changed. I have now lost 1 stone 5.5 pounds in 10 weeks of following the diet and am over the moon. The products are all actually OK - the strawberry milkshake is lovely made with chilled water and the snacks are great for the evenings. The only thing that is awful is the "porridge paradise". The only way I can manage to eat it is by putting a lot of cinnamon in to mask the flavour and smell. But I still eat it every day!”

“The meals are gorgeous. I use a lot of VLC products and I tolerate them, but usually don’t enjoy them. I was so pleasantly surprised last night when I had the chicken and mushroom meal and my husband had the beef medallions. They both tasted amazing and I’ve ordered more already. I did see the film lid was in French so I had a feeling they were going to be good. As the French really do good food - so please don’t change your supplier! :)”

“I am now 2 weeks in, and being very strict with it. I am not finding it very difficult to stick to. On Fathers day my husband wanted a Chinese meal out, I went, ordered what I usually eat and left most of it, I did not like the taste, and would have rather had a shake! I have lost 4 KG in 2 weeks and going strong, I have just reordered the shakes as they are what works well for me. This is an incredibly easy to stick to diet.”

“From day one I have experience nothing but perfection, everything from the shakes to the affordability have been amazing, the weight loss was awesome and for someone who is housebound due to my disabilities I was uncertain as to whether it would work, walking and exercising is extremely difficult, so I was expecting it to fail, however I lost an amazing 16kgs in just 12 weeks. Therefore I would highly recommend this product compare to a lot of others on the market that failed drastically and were a lot more expensive.”

“I found Shake That Weight by chance through a Google search. I was looking for a diet which would help me lose weight and be easy to stick to. I'm 9nly on day two of the Shake It Off plan, but I'm enjoying trying different products and finding out which ones I like best. I'm currently having a shake for breakfast, noodles or soup for lunch, a shake in the afternoon and a home cooked dinner. The shakes are lovely. I like the chocolate, strawberry and latte flavours. Not too keen on the banana. The chicken curry noodles are really tasty. The chicken soup wasn't too bad. I didn't realise there was porridge when I ordered, I will definitely be trying that next time along with the bars. I'm allowed a bar or a piece of fruit if I need a snack. My order arrived the next day which was excellent as I was eager to start. Looking forward to the results !”
