“So far so good! I love most of the meal sachets and shakes but I’m not so keen on the soups. Fast delivery, lots of choice, easy to use website and I like that you can mix and match your favourites! I have a shake for breakfast, a bar for lunch and the Ham & Mushroom Pasta Soup for dinner! The products are good value and the delivery is great - my orders always come early or on time. “I love the strawberry, mint chocolate and banana shakes. My favourite snacks are the wafers! And my favourite pastas are the beef chilli noodles and the carbonara. I love these products, it’s my motivation that sometimes lacks! I lost 2 stone doing this diet (the 400 cal meal plus walking just 5000 steps 5 times a week) and I lost 2 stone in just over 2 months. I know if I put my mind to it I can do it again!”
