Soups were very tasty and filling, so was the Muesli, so I have ordered some more, I have also ordered some other bits I haven’t tried yet but if they are as tasty and what I have already had then that would be great. “So far so good! I love most of the meal sachets and shakes but I’m not so keen on the soups. Fast delivery, lots of choice, easy to use website and I like that you can mix and match your favourites! So far I’m really enjoying it. I have a 1 year old so it’s an easy way to eat healthily quickly and no fuss. I can’t wait to see how much weight I lose at the end!”

“Am currently on Xyla and their porridge products have run out... so ordered apple and cinnamon, chocolate and original porridge from STW. Quick dispatch- though Royal Mail could take some tips with delivery. Taste of the porridge is lovely. Can be made up with water or skimmed milk-I use water. Enjoyable for a TDR product”

The bars are amazing for on the go and considering its a bar they actually fill me up along side a bottle of water. Really looking forward to trying more products. “I love the strawberry, mint chocolate and banana shakes. My favourite snacks are the wafers! And my favourite pastas are the beef chilli noodles and the carbonara. I love these products, it’s my motivation that sometimes lacks! I lost 2 stone doing this diet (the 400 cal meal plus walking just 5000 steps 5 times a week) and I lost 2 stone in just over 2 months. I know if I put my mind to it I can do it again!”

“The Shakes are deliciously thick. I make mine with water and ice cubes. I love the Noodles and Soups althouhh haven't been able to try the pea and ham because it is out of stock. The meal bars are great too.. I've had the chocolate Peanut one and it was lovely. The fact they offer a snack too is awesome. I'm not so keen on the Caroline chocolate but the zippers, crisps and nachos are tasty and .. well, crisp! All in all I found these and the fact I am not accountable to a group or a consultant to work for me and I am happier than I've been for a long time”

“I just love the shakes especially with ice! I wasn't keen on the hazelnut so mixed a chocolate with it and it tastes like Nutella, delicious ice cold and warm at night! I did the same with the caramel, which I mixed with Banana and its like banoffe pie! I really like all of the shakes apart from those two and the soups are delicious. I have done Cambridge, exante and Slim fast before and these are by far the best tasting products. I haven't tried bars yet or snacks so cannot comment. 😁”

“So this is only my first week so I will leave a review based on that....... the first 3 days are the hardest, headaches, hunger pains, tired and no energy... once you get past that it's so easy, I fill up on 4 products of shake the weight a day, I also include an egg and some chicken breast (this is helping me keep fullerfor longer), I also drink 3ltr of water a day (again the 1st 3 days I found this extremely hard and was only getting 1.5ltr down. Now I'm able to reach the 3ltr mark) water is very important on this plan. I have so much energy and dont need an afternoon nap (I'm only 32 but felt like an old lady with all the sugar and carbs I was eating). Like i say this is my 1st week and If I can do it anyone can! All the products I have tried so far have been really enjoyable.”

“I love the shakes they are tasty and are quite think when you make them up especially with milk (I have a milk one in a morning) my fav is chocolate and white choc/raspberry. The meals are nice but not much in the cheap water fill meals I prefer the bigger ones you pay extra for. I’ve only been on the shakes 5 days but not weighed myself yet but fingers crossed. My only negative review is that I think when you buy a meal plan it should just cost you one price not extra for the nicer meals, maybe just extra for the snacks if they aren’t in your meal plan. My picture is of the sweet and sour chicken please don’t be put off the way it looks it tastes lovely x”
