“As a long time solo traveller I feel blessed to have found Serenity. Their retreats are truly wonderful. Set in stunning locations and exceptionally run by sisters Kim and Jools. My latest retreat was to the stone built mountain village of Alexandros in June 2026. Our group was eight people led by Kim. The environment was so peaceful, the itinerary varied and interesting with regular meditations throughout the day but with enough relaxation time to do whatever you wanted. It really was amazing value for money. Our delicious, healthy food was catered for us and my accommodation was perfect: a stone cottage with a garden full of lavender and rosemary and a large veranda to chill in the shade. Our lovely group gelled well and with Kims' warm, relaxed, down to earth approach, we laughed a lot and shared a very special week which I would highly recommend.”

“I went on my second retreat with Serenity in Alexandrosn June, and honestly, I can’t recommend it highly enough. The location is absolutely stunning. Beautiful views, gorgeous houses and complete bliss. It has to be one of the quietest places I’ve ever stayed — literally only the occasional car passing, if that. There are loads of beautiful places to walk to and from the retreat, and plenty of space around the property to relax, unwind and just enjoy being there. Kim orchestrates everything brilliantly, as always. Everything is really well planned and organised, but there’s absolutely no pressure — you can do as much or as little as you like, which I think is one of the things that makes these retreats so special. The meditations were great, and I really enjoyed some of the extra activities too. Nature bathing was new to me, but it was great fun and something I really enjoyed. I particularly loved the two days of silence, the movement sessions and the game of life, while the sound bath was absolutely stunning and blew me away in what i got from it. The nature walk was another real highlight — genuinely really, really well done. And then there was the food... absolutely brilliant! We had my own private chef for meals, which was something else entirely! One of the best things about the retreat is that, alongside all the amazing things on offer, you still have plenty of time and opportunity to do your own thing. I managed to get down to the beach for half a day, which was absolutely lovely. The group of people were brilliant too — great conversations, lots of laughs, and it was lovely heading out together for an evening out. A beautiful location, brilliant food, fantastic activities, wonderful people and the perfect balance between having things to do and having the space to simply relax and be. Highly, highly recommended. I honestly couldn't recommend it any more!”

“Attending the retreat in Alexandros with Serenity in June this year was my third time and I have to say the experience just gets better. This 7 day retreat had a real focus on meditation and was just what I was looking for. It was expertly curated by Kim with lots of time to relax and to do new things. The nature walk and the sound bath were stand out experiences for me. The village of Alexandros had a real 'getting away from it all' feel and the accommodation was superb. Food was plentiful and delicious and the best thing of all is that it was all prepared for us. I'd absolutely recommend this experience to anyone wanting to unwind and reset in a beautiful and serene setting.”

“Back in June, I did the Alexandros retreat with Kim, now I have been going to Serenity Retreat in Nikiana every year, (only Covid restrictions stopped me going one year). It is my time for me, this year I added the Alexandros retreat to my annual trip and I am so pleased I did, it was amazing to be in a village in the mountains away from sounds of every day life and just sink into the peace, the views and the feeling of time just standing still for a while. The week was led by Kim who made the week even more special with the meditations, her insights to how to slow down and be present in the moment and genuine care of everyone. On a practical note the food was very good, the activities really lovely, my favorite being the weaving with some very special ladies. Whether you are new to solo travel or looking for something different, away from the corporate large group stuff. I can’t recommend Alexandros or Nikiana enough. From the moment you book, to arriving you are looked after. No question too big or small. It is your time, to do as much or as little as you want no 6.30am starts no judgement. A chance to chat, make friends or just take time to be alone. It is a very special gift that you can give yourself.”

“I've attended three retreats with Kim, the most recent being at Noddfa in North Wales in early January 2026. It was the most helpful start to the year, refreshing, nourishing and peaceful. I loved the forest bathing invitations which Kim facilitated in the grounds with a view of the sea. I thoroughly recommend trying any of Kim's offers that you feel drawn to, everything is set up to be very easy with minimal friction. I'm looking forward to doing more.”

“I am not long back from the New Year retreat at Noddfa with Kim and two other perfect ladies. A perfect setting with ideal company, possibly my best time at Noddfa. A thoughtful two days during which Kim introduced us to forest bathing which was the highlight of the retreat for me. Barry”

“I am just back from New Year retreat with Kim at the wonderful Noddfa in North Wales. The place is especially comfortable and welcoming, and the retreat was, as always, nourishing and inspiring. This time Kim also took advantage of the lovely grounds at Noddfa to introduce us to “forest bathing”. Immersed in the outside space we responded to various invitations to really see and experience our surroundings, especially the trees. It was refreshing and stimulating. To be repeated, I hope!”

“Everything. I had the best experience I could possibly of imagined and beyond. From my initial phone call where Kim called me back to discuss my questions, through to the Comms and tips in the weeks just before the retreat and then the retreat itself. Nothing was forgotten and the excellent planning and design of the retreat and was clearly evident. What I liked most was Kim's style and warmth. You were under no pressure to do as much or as little as you want. The meditations, Shibashi and deep listening sessions were great. The group chats brilliant and the activities, especially the walks were special. The location also was amazing. Thanks so much for one of the best weeks I've had. You delivered and some more on what I was hoping for and I came back with greater resilience, calmness and some new techniques, insights and like minded connections.”

“Well, I had such a wonderful time on my Serenity Retreat and haven't stopped talking about how relaxing it was. It really has helped me through a stressful period and i still am finding the benefits 2 months on. 😊 There was just the right balance throughout the whole experience, with plenty of options to join others forgroup sessions, really lovely meals and trips.....but absolutely no pressure and a v respectful approach to everyone's different needs. Jools and Pam were fantastic hosts, showing real care for all of us and I cannot speak highly enough of them both. Meditation, meals, trips they did it all so perfectly. And not forgetting Giota, who offers the most amazing treatments. I could barely walk back to my apartment after a session due to feeling so completely relaxed! The location in Nikiana is perfect, so very pretty, right on the beach in a small town with all the facilities you need. Having a welcome lunch and then tour, meeting some people and hearing the connections that have been made, was a lovely touch - made me feel properly welcomed. I met some great people, had some unforgettable experiences (did I mention watching dolphins from the patio!) ate some gorgeous food and learnt lots about looking after myself. I'm not sure I could've asked for anything more - it was just spot on. A perfect 50th Birthday treat just for me 😍 Huge Thank you to all at Serenity retreat and I'll see you next year 💙”

“I have been to a weekend Deep listening with Kim, and avsolutely loved it. Kim is beautiful and knowledgable, and I learned a lot of useful techniques that I can take with me into my daily life. To me it even felt like something very deep and subtle got touched in these days that helped me to get back to myself, ready to shine. I am looking forward to the next retreat!”

“Kim’s Serenity Retreat in Morocco was such an amazing opportunity to reconnect to yourself, having the time and space (alongside a glorious setting and delicious food) to think (or not think) and feel. It was exactly what I needed to unwind and rebalance, I felt grounded and peaceful whilst there. The accommodation, food quality, mindfulness workshops, walks and trips all made the experience as amazing as it was. I would 100% go again and recommend to anyone needing time out of day to day life!”

“I can't recommend the Morocco retreat highly enough. Kim has found the perfect place - beautiful, serene, excellent food and accommodation and the whole place to ourselves in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. It was truly magical and everything was organised just perfectly with a mix of walks, meditations, talks and silence. I came away more energised and at peace with myself than I have for a long time. “I highly recommend Serenity Retreat. I attended a week in Greece in Sept 2022. I loved it! We all had our own appartment on the beach which works brilliantly as we have our own space when we want it and can join in and meet up with the rest of the group if and when we want to. The week is very organised and exceptionally well coordinated. Based in Nikiana, Leftkada, Greece, you immediately feel chilled out within a few hours. The Ionian Sea is crystal clear with no current, so on a good day, it is like a lake with tiny waves lapping the shore, something I will remember for a long time. I felt very happy during this week, and this continues at home too. The courses and 1:1s give you tools to see and deal with things that affect you in a positive way. I will be booking more courses. Oh and the amazing sun rises every morning are mind blowing.”

“Perfect relaxing break in a beautiful spot with space to just be. The set up allows you to be alone safely but also lovely to be amongst friendly and like-minded people if you want some company. So glad I booked and I have already booked for next year! Thank you Serenity”
