“The Morocco retreat was a beautiful, peaceful place with a perfect mix of activities, all optional of course, balanced with plenty of relaxing sunshine time. Wonderful to get away from daily life and feel safe, taken care of and free to be by yourself while having the company of lovely people around you also.”

“Not having been on a holiday abroad on my own for many years I was quite apprehensive and consequently only booked a week. However, I had an amazing and relaxing time despite having to move from my first accommodation because of unexpected building noise. The move was done swiftly and efficiently. The accommodations were different in character but both were equally comfortable with spectacular views straight on to the sea. The emphasis was very much on individual needs so I never felt compelled to join classes or excursions and for me this time I mostly needed to crash and commit to very little! However, I really appreciated meeting some lovely people and shared some great evenings with them but it never felt intrusive and individual space was always respected. Thank you Kim, Hannah and team, the lovely local Greek people and fellow guests for making my stay such a relaxing and happy time. I will definitely be back next year for TWO weeks!”
“I had such a wonderful holiday last year that I couldn’t wait to visit again this year. There is something magical in the air when stay in Nikiana. You cannot fail to have your spirits lifted. As it so beautiful and serene. So Serenity is the perfect name for the Retreat. It’s a great way to be able to meet new people. Who often share similar thoughts and beliefs to yourself. But it also gives you space to have time to yourself and just live in the moment and totally relax. This year was certainly the most relaxing holiday I have ever spent!
Kim is a wonderful Host and doesn’t put you under any pressure to attend Mediation. As she says ‘It is your holiday and you can do what you want!’ So I am really hoping I will get to go back next year!”

Qigong on the beach, meditation on the patio surrounded by brightly coloured sweet smelling flowers and the most amazing views of the Ionian sea. A day spent on the M/S Christina fantastic. “I cannot express in words what Serenity Retreat meant for me and still does, it was my first visit so I was a little apprehensive on what to expect. It was a truly beautiful experience, I felt safe and everywhere I turned I could hear the sound of the beautiful sea or the birds singing in the trees, the views were serene. I chose not to go on any trips or excursions and nor did I go out every evening. There were no expectations of me.
I went to be just me, not a partner, not a mother, not a daughter, not a sister, not a friend - I was finally free to just breathe and just be.
The whole week I was able to think about where I am in my life and my journey .
It worked miracles for me along with the workshop Living Softly and since being back home I keep that magical experience in mind and feel very blessed to have found both Kim and what an amazing retreat she has put together. Totally recommend it and will no doubt be attending more workshops and going to Sicily one day.
