The wallpaper is beautiful and just what we were looking for , delivery wasn’t as good … states order before 2pm for next day delivery, unfortunately that wasn’t the case

The blinds contained no fitting instructions. The fittings included in the box were incorrect, which led me to check the fitting instructions on the website. These were also not correct, despite being labelled as for Roman Blinds. They are for a different type of Roman Blind than I ordered apparently. The delivery itself was not successful, despite me contacting customer services to check details but being given wrong information. The second time round it worked. The blinds themselves are nice quality, although I’d have been happier if the pattern on the fabric started at the same point so that my two kitchen blinds matched completely. The company refunded me £20 to buy correct fittings.

Very prompt delivery lovely wallpaper but very disappointed couldn't return 3 unwanted rolls!!! Bad customer service!

Broke my fave mug. Saw it came from Scion , so ordered two. Good quality lovely pattern. But so small. Yes the size was there, only the one choice, but assumed they were the same size as my old one. They weren't. They're so small. Lovely product but so dissaponted

Ordered a couple of internal door mats to replace existsting which had started to show signs of wear after 3 years of heavy use. All delivered quickly and no issues. We also order a rug for our hall. Having measured and double checked we were happy that rug would just fit. However when arrived it was 2cm wider that advertised and did not fit hall which is frustrating. Decided to place it on landing as nice design and good quality but frustrating. Otherwise happy with quality and speed of service.

Wallpaper came and had ink smudges, marks on it . Disappointed at £50 a roll .

Easy to use online however delivery wasn't accurate and didn't give me any updates. The packaging was awful for how much it cost.

Love the colours and pattern but the wallpaper was hard to match along the whole seam.

Paper was very thin and colour didn’t match picture on website.Customer services quite lucid with no returns advice.I had to email for return guidance and replies not very prompt

Ordered wallpaper which arrived very quickly but I needed an extra roll and there's no way of making quick contact to sort out a query, I needed to check that if I ordered on the website again, I'd recieve the same batch number. If this was an option on the website it would have been a quicker process in receiving the extra roll needed rather than waiting 2 days for an email reply before I could then place an order.

I ordered curtain fabric, which was really competitively priced, it arrived promptly, and I love it. However, as soon as I placed the order I realised that I had ordered far too much. ( my fault ) I instantly tried to phone, but there was no valid phone number. So, I emailed Customer Services, and 2 1/2 days later, after the order had been despatched, I received a reply!! The lady was very polite, but explained that any changes to an order, had to be done within an hour of ordering. That rule only works if there is a valid phone number and someone answers it! They agreed to take back the unwanted fabric, minus a service charge, but the returns address doesn’t work with any of the courrier companies online booking services, nor with Parcelforce. And I did not have a recipient’s phone number, so had to put my own number in, just to fill in all the boxes before the order was accepted. It took me a whole evening to organise! So, although I love their products, sadly, I would buy from somewhere else next time.
