Barbican Wallpaper - Mint Fabulous design but.. Appalling resilience from the minute it's unwrapped. If any metal even slightly touches the surface it is irredeemably marked. This goes from using any metal tools to measure (e.g. metre rule or Square) to contact with Jewellery such as Gold rings etc. I fully expect to have to redecorate within a year. Extremely disappointed as we love the pattern.

Purchased Kasuri Birch and there was slight delay on delivery but was kept updated so pleased when arrived. When hung there is some sort of fault as there is a patchy yellowing. This isn’t due to the paste or wall prep so must be the wallpaper. So bad has to be removed.

One curtain is 1cm too short, other is fine. Having a poor experience trying to sort it out as they want the curtains back. Only a remake of the short curtain will fix this and I don’t want bare windows again. I carefully measured my drop as they instructed- why couldn’t they check the curtains were the correct ( and same) length before dispatch? Poor quality control on made to measure- the wave headings also don’t sit right where the two widths join but I can live with that.

I would give the products 5 stars and delivery but was brought in by promotion for 15% off the next purchase from signing up to emails and there was no option to apply this to the order. I bought it anyway scion if you are watching I want reimburse me :-)

My parcel arrived very damaged. Whilst I appreciate this may have been caused by the carrier, I was very upset when the cake tins I order had been crushed and crumpled.

Delivery took about 3 weeks which was way too long when I had decorators booked. It arrived a day before they arrived so no chance really to assess it ‘in real life’ rather than just on the computer screen. So the paper went up- not as good quality as I’d have expected for stuff marketed at £50ish quid a roll. Ripped easily, already scuffed in places! Anyway, the foxes look ridiculous so big on my wall. I really regret my choice. And to top it off, customer services only returned my email about it having not arrived a week later, after delivery was made. So their response time was also shocking. I won’t be buying again. 🤷‍♀️

I ordered a rug but was sent the wrong size. It took a lot of effort to send it back - left phone messages that it took a number of days to have returned etc. Eventually the correct doormat was sent but I was disappointed in the colour which looked not like it had looked on line, so I returned that, too. I would hesitate to order again directly from Scion as the service was not good, but I do love their products

Ordered 3 blinds priced at over £800 Very poor quality. Tatty string as pull cords and sent with tiny wood screw fittings. I love the print, but massively over priced

I love scion fox products I find they are good quality. Previously I have bought a cushion, glass counter top and apron all for which I would give 5 stars. I'm sorry to give 2 stars but I'm very disappointed with the door mat which I purchased a few months back. It was fine when it initially arrived but now I think it just looks tatty. There is no heavy traffic on it so to speak as it isn't by my back door but by my kitchen island. I think the quality of it is very poor especially considering the price

Delivery is prompt and customer service is great until you come to make a return - the process is slow and painful! You have to email request to make a return (4 days it took to get a reply) 3 emails sent from their customer service team to explain that returns are the whole responsibility of the consumer. When you agree to this by email, then customer services pass on your request to their ‘returns team’ who they state shall contact you with returns address and information on how to proceed (I day later, I still have no communication from the ‘returns team’). This is honestly the worst returns process I’ve even encountered.

The service was very efficient but a hand towel that I had ordered was missing from my order and instead I received a mug! Not sure I would order again.

Delivery was awful and while some will say that's not the sellers fault they chose to use UPS so I do blame them. Due for delivery Friday 11-3pm and at 4pm get an email saying end of day. Then nothing - only by checking the website do I see that delivery was refused !!! no further contact from UPS so no idea if they are going to deliver Saturday or Monday. On Monday still no contact but at about 4pm I get a ring alert and can see UPS had dropped off and didn't even ring the doorbell. Thankfully it was well wrapped as it was raining at the time. Lesson learned I could have got 20% cheaper elsewhere but delivery was 5-7 days - won't be using again.

Love the wallpaper and fast delivery. However used the site calculator which told me I’d need 3 rolls. I used less than 1.5!

Cannot get through to customer service and no communication 6 days after order has been made. When calling customer service, goes straight to voicemail with no option to stay on the line.

Very disappointed that the orders arrived too late for them to be put up as there was an unexpected delay, which I would hope to be informed about sooner rather than finding out upon chasing. I do love the design and the samples arrived quickly.
