I am presently awaiting delivery of my headboard. I have had no response from Scion since my order was placed over 7 weeks ago, (4 to 6 week delivery). You can’t contact the. By phone and they don’t respond to messages Getting very concerned

Such a shame that I’m writing this review as I’ve tried to resolve this over email but have sent three emails alone this week with absolutely no response. In summary the challenge in getting hold of the rug we bought and paid for was extremely (and unnecessarily!) stressful. I could list all of the challenges and miscommunications but it’s already taken so much of my time that I honestly cannot be bothered! However in summary the customer service has been pretty poor, at one point the rug actually went missing and I had to send lots of emails and make lots of calls to try and track it down! I was told that because of all the issues we have endured over several weeks, Scion would get back to me regarding compensation. I’ve sent three emails since and heard nothing. It’s a shame as the rug - which we finally received after several hours of my time spent in emails and telephone calls to complain and resolve the issue! - is really nice. But the journey to get it, and the complete lack of communication since, is so disappointing. For these reasons I would not recommend Scion!

Beautiful fabric once I collected my order. I missed the delivery from UPS and had to collect from a newsagent, the gentleman serving certainly wasn’t a gentleman he communication skills were non existent. He also had great difficulty scanning the QR code and made me wait with out saying a word only grunting. Just fabulous service 😕

Delivery My parcel was wrongly delivered. I have been waiting over a month and still have not had a replacement order or refund. It took over a week for the first reply and the agent still has not concluded . Very unprofessional

I placed an order for EU delivery in December 2023. It never arrived so I contacted Scion Living Customer Services who promptly dispatched a replacement order. The courier company they used asked for 27e in tax and import duty charges before delivery, despite the Scion Living website clearly stating no additional charges would be incurred. I have attempted to contact Scion Living Customer Services to resolve this issue via 3 separate emails over the last week and have had no response. I still do not have the items I ordered. Really unimpressed and disappointed with the service (or lack of it) I have received!

The Scion Pajaro ochre rug I received was completely different in colour to that advertised on the Scion Living website. Even given that there can be slight variations in colour of digital images, the rug I received was a darker greenish shade and nothing whatsoever like the lovely bright yellowy gold colour shown on the website. VERY disappointed. I would like to add photos to strengthen my review, however, as soon as I add my pictures the 'submit review' button disappears!

Beautifully packed but the blue coffee cup was chipped around the rim. I don’t think it had happened during transit so I suspect it was as like that when packed. Very disappointing. Won’t buy from them again.

Update on curtains which are too short- getting nowhere with customer services. Added to the 5 week wait for the curtains in the first place, I now have to repackage curtains, send them back, wait two weeks ( or however long they decide to take) for them to let down a hem on curtains which are 1cm too short, and presumably alter the hem of the matching curtain ( or it won’t be the same). I have asked for a remake of the short curtain to be sent but apparently this won’t be happening.- I have no choice but to do without curtains again in order to get what I ordered in the first place. I urge you to think carefully about ordering made to measure items from this company. The girl in customer services is very nice, but is powerless to help resolve my issue, as this decision has come from higher up. So be warned- in terms of made to measure, this company clearly don’t have robust quality control systems and you may end up spending a lot of money on poorly fitting items, despite your careful measuring.. I would also caution ordering wave headings- you don’t get a choice of depth and my headings don’t sit right as the fabric pulls below the heading tape. Oh and they use UPS to collect parcels so no doubt I will need to take time off work to sit and wait for an unspecified time til the driver turns up, as happened when they were first delivered as their tracking info is almost non existent. I have a number of window dressings left to buy in my new house but I would never order directly from Scion again. I would love to have added some photos but the review won’t submit when I try to attach!

Poor customer service. I ordered some samples ahead of ordering several sets of curtains and accessories but they arrived in various sizes. This wouldn’t have been a problem but some patterns were not fully shown on the very small sample so couldn’t see all the colours etc yet some samples were relatively big to the pattern. I asked for the patterns I couldn’t see well on the very small samples and was told unlucky order and pay for again but no guarantee I would get a different bit of the pattern. That’s several pairs of curtains plus accessories I won’t be ordering from them.

Very sad to say that this was the most awfully protracted and complicated purchase I have ever made. After ordering and paying for several beautiful fabrics that I had taken great care choosing I was sent an email to say 3 of them were subsequently unavailable (despite specific mounts being available at point of purchase). There then ensued 2 weeks of emails trying to sort out refunds and replacement fabrics and despite me requesting a phone call several times this was ignored ~finally received a call after another request and problems were resolved quickly. I would really think twice before ordering from here again. So very disappointed that all my time and effort in choosing the original fabric was a waste of time and that it took so much stressful effort to achieve a resolution.

I ordered a duvet set to be delivered to my home address. When I checked on the delivery status, it said it has been delivered to a UPS drop off point, which I have never asked for. Not happy with the delivery service at all

Awful. 2 orders placed this year, payment taken and order not fulfilled. Had to chase and chase to get answers as to why i had no wallpaper and then chase a refund. Customer service is non existent, no easy way to communicate with anyone. Would not recommend at all.

I’m Interior designer in Spain. I ordered 3 wallpaper’s rolls for one of my project in Barcelona and the Service was a disaster. The documentation for the UPS were not correct and it was impossible to contact with them… the rolls arrived 1 month later…then I’m not received the invoice… I never will buy more here…

I requested a sample three times and it never came. I emailed Scion and told them I hadn’t received it and they said it was on the way and blamed the postal strikes. It never arrived. I emailed them again and they said it was discontinued, but by then I had ordered 3 meters if the fabric and received it so I can only surmise that the sample was never coming. The fabric wasn’t grey as described but brown. Very disappointed.

I love the mr fox design and after months of consideration purchased a Mr Fox rug with the 25% off offer. Massively disappointed when it arrived to find it absolutely stunk of damp. Not only the rug but one of the bags it was packaged in stunk. I put the rug in a spare bedroom and contacted support who advised I needed to return the rug in its original packaging. My spare bedroom now stinks of damp and I have an expensive rug with some bags that I cant actually get the rug back into (i opened the top, turned the rug upside down and slid it out the package). I have a detached tendon in my right hand (awaiting surgery) and rather than allow me to return the rug in any packaging Scion insisted it be returned in the original packaging. Do not purchase from them. Purchase from a third party supplier as never had any issues from there!

I wouldn’t even give it one star. Very poor customer service. Emailed to ask if I could get a matching product. No reply, asked again to actually be replied to blaming the delay on being extremely busy and staff illness. Item arrived, didn’t look like picture . Returns info extremely poor. Had to email for return address. Again no reply. Finally got reply apologising again due to staff illness. Have sent return now so let’s see how long it takes to get my money back!!! Don’t bother buying from them direct by through a different company

What an appalling experience. If you read just one line: DO NOT SHOP HERE. Buy from one of their many retail partners who know what they're doing. If you have time, here's the horror story: I ordered a duvet cover from the online store, but received an incorrect item a couple of days later. Wrong pattern, wrong size. The invoice said "return information on the back" - but it was blank. Rang the phone number several times - no answer. Wrote to them - no answer. Wrote to them again - no answer. Finally, two weeks later I got an apologetic message. They refused to send out the correct item until they had received the return - which was already inconvenient; but then did not acknowledge my return for THREE WEEKS - and that was after 3 chaser emails. Their excuse? "staff illness". OK, so they finally sent me a replacement, and it was AGAIN the wrong item. Honestly couldn't make this up. Wrote to them immediately; no reply. Wrote again; no reply. TWO WEEKS later I finally received a response. These guys need to completely overhaul their operations: from pick and pack, to customer service, to returns proposition (why do you need to email them??!), to returns handling. Every single step in the offer is broken. Jaw droppingly bad.

I don’t believe for one second that these reviews are legitimate. If you look on trust pilot the average is horrific. I’ve sent three emails over the course of a week simply to establish a returns address and no response at all. I’m horrified!

Absolutely awful company to deal with save your money and deal with a reputable company they just take your money and don’t send out your product, I’ve also contacted Jane Clayton company which has the same address and same building and also no help from them SHOCKING people to deal with.
