“Excellent quality mensware. I really love this brand. Be cautious the sizes run a little snug compared to US sizes. I recommend sizing up. Over all great product. I will order more.”

“The overall service was good and the quality of the garment was also good. There was however some lack of attention to detail which speak of a lack of quality control by the manufacturer. The first garment had a broken zip and had to be be returned. I was impressed by the proficient and polite way in which this was handled. The second garment arrived very quickly and was fine except that the zip pockets had not been securely stitched in. Easily put right but the pockets should not have needed to be stitched in the first place. Overall I thought the standard of service from Schaffer was excellent and the garment is of very good quality. I will use Schoffel again.”

“A well respected brand and excellent quality and service. Unfortunately their sizing is definitely on the small side. I recently bought a gilet in my usual size (14) and ended up sending it back and getting a replacement two sizes larger ! Horrified that I am wearing a size 16 but delighted with the quality and fit.”

“Excellent quality cravat and a great print. Free shipping too which is so nice to see. Only niggle and reason for 4 not 5 stars is for me it could do with being an inch or 2 longer and I'm only 17" neck but it's perfectly workable.”

“Quality Crew neck t shirt from Schoffel as you would always expect however the sizing suprised me. I’ve never returned anything to Schoffel before I would normally have xl or xxl at worst I ordered xxl just to be safe but I struggled to get it on so I returned item for xxxl. I’m not a big bloke and I’ve never ordered xxxl in anything before this. All my Schoffel shirts pullovers coats etc are xl and they are perfect fit. So lovely crew neck but my advice is go up a size or two just for this item. Excellent service from Schoffel county as always.”

“Delivery was excellent and I am very pleased with the quality and fit. I searched for Schoffel as I purchased a pair some months ago and was very impressed with them so decided I wanted a second pair in a different colour. I am very happy with both my purchases and what's more I see they come from Oakham so I am assuming they are made in the UK.”

“The waistcoat is lovely and warm. My only concern would be that one needs to go up one size as it is under-sized in my opinion. Also, the returns procedure needs to be made more obvious. I used the address label supplied and paid for the return. Delivery was prompt and the packaging good.”
