“Found the training very informative and good to hear about actual experiences from the trainer Ali. Good to have the emergency first aid card given out at the end. Also appreciate the year 1 & 2 refresher training online. Thanks.”

“The training went well, however, the delegates were not given the First Aid booklets on the first day of training which resulted in two members of staff failing their test as they could not practise in the evening before the test. We had to pay for them to redo the test.”

“We felt that the arrangement for information regarding our training room & space after sending over a photo of the room was unnecessary (told that the room might not be adequate) as we have used this room for booked courses over many years. The course itself was very pleasing, and we all enjoyed learning. The instructor was nicely spoken & informative with his explanations.”
