We continually seem to experience difficulties booking training / your company receiving payment. The last 3 course booked, has been very stressful securing payment and confirmation that a trainer will deliver training. The trainer that delivered the training on 25th September was 45min late because he could not find the venue. It' dufficult for me to try and workout what happened on the day of the training as l did provide a map of how to get to the training cente as well as my contact details. I notice over serval months that there seem to be different staff members dealing with out account - we need continuity. I do hope that we don't have to wait 3 months for the delivery of the certificates.
