“Unfortunately without my crystal ball I was un able to ensure I was in for delivery. The office staff were rude in my opinion, I phoned back but for some reason the chap that rang me was speaking through a young lad instead of picking the phone up himself. It wasn't great customer service if I was honest. The courier company where excellent and saved the day. If the boss wants to run through it with me drawing "lock down" give me a call Mark 07734 858204”

“I cant coment on the product,as its not arived yet,they said its a 2 day delivery,in fairness its been logged as posted,but still has not arrived i have sent emails.It was ordered on the 18th of April it is now the 29th”

“As yet we are still waiting for delivery 3 working days after we were assured the item would be delivered. I could have had this item from alternative suppliers already so feel very badly let down by the poor service - possibly the courier rather than Saturn but it reflects badly nevertheless”

“Everything arrived as expected , although the tracking number provided does not work on the My Hermes site ( they say you need 16 digits). The problem I had was the lengths of the items.I ordered 5 metres of 1/4 copper pipe , 3/8 copper pipe ( both fine) The length of 4 core cable was barely 4 metres ( so I had to source locally , as I needed 5 metres) The 3/8 insulation was fine over 5 metres , however the 1/4 inch insulation was short only 4.5 metres. Not so good when I needed 5 metres.”
