Everything arrived as expected , although the tracking number provided does not work on the My Hermes site ( they say you need 16 digits).
The problem I had was the lengths of the items.I ordered 5 metres of 1/4 copper pipe , 3/8 copper pipe ( both fine) The length of 4 core cable was barely 4 metres ( so I had to source locally , as I needed 5 metres) The 3/8 insulation was fine over 5 metres , however the 1/4 inch insulation was short only 4.5 metres.
Not so good when I needed 5 metres.
