“Very short notice enquiry for the supply of two personal gas meters which was resolved with a 24 hour delivery - very impressed. Following that we realised our current (old) meters required calibration which SGS sorted for us at very little cost. Very efficient and easy service.”

“i have not even received my purchases yet despite emailing with more instructions for the courier. no telephone call from the courier to get verbal directions, nothing.”

Hi Seth, We do thank you for your feedback, but on this occasion we do find it quite unfair. On Friday afternoon the courier was unable to locate your address, so as you had not provided us with a contact number we emailed you informing you and asked for additional details to provide the courier. By the time you had replied the courier had continued on with their route. It is now Monday (the next working day) and the courier has assured us they will be delivering your order today. “Purchased a BW Alert clip xt extreme disposable single gas detector, assistance over the phone prior to purchase was good. Payed online for item and delivery was next day as promised but the issue was that the wrong detector had been sent (BW clip disposable single gas detector) not the extreme as ordered, called customer service and they apologised and made an attempt to rectify this, was then contacted by another member of staff who informed me that they no longer stock or supply this item ordered and that they do not get manufactured anymore. The unit sent was of a lower cost than the one purchased (Not The Issue), the issue being that surely if you do not stock item purchased, you contact customer not just send alternative. The unit that i thought i was purchasing is still advertised on your website, so how many more people will get caught out by this???. Not happy with this experience nor the reasons for this happening, will not use again and will purchase PPE equipment elsewhere in the future.”
