“Responded to my enquiries quickly and the safeguarding courses are very good and approved by Swim England. Our members are very happy to have an online option to complete their training and the feedback about the format and how to complete the course is positive.”

“having done several safeguarding training courses over the years i found this to be very basic for the role it is aimed to support, key information surrounding allegations against team was explained poorly, the explanation of LADO and the analogy used was not correct and quite confusing if you had not heard of this before.”

“The lecture was interesting and the lecturer kept our attention. He used differing methods of interaction, which helped the evening to pass whilst learning on the job. I did find the examples he used for highlighting the actions not to do were a bit too obvious but it gave good food for thought amongst those listening.”
