“Very pleased with the colour, which blends well into the wooded area. Unfortunately the lock and padlock are out of line and cannot be engaged so it is not secure. I emailed about this two days ago and have not been contacted. Disappointing.”

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your query about prices and would like to explain why they are not quoted on our website. Prices vary due to many factors such as cost of new stocks, which change more than they stay the same, so any ‘generic’ price we quoted on our website would be more misleading than helpful. This would then cause issues when customers wanted to place orders and found prices to be different. Also, the additional benefit of being able to speak directly to customers is that we can understand their requirements in more detail which enables us to be able to offer a personalised service and advice on planned applications, and a bit of advice from us can dramatically improve a customer’s overall outcome for their project. “Very professional, informative and friendly service right from the start of the first phone call enquiring about prices; indeed, so much so that I did not bother to phone anybody else for prices. Kept informed of delivery time. Drivers were excellent in placing container exactly where we needed it, even although access was a bit awkward. So far, first class and all just as it should be!”

“ordered six containers brand new one trip, three blue and the three green, the three green were all different colours (shades) and all had different doors when delivered ,contacted sales as they were delivered and they were not interested . I would not use them again . pictures on google.”

We apologise that you are not completely happy with your purchase from us and the service you received. We have investigated your complaint fully and can conclude that the units delivered were of the colours that had been agreed. The green units supplied had been discounted in price since we had been unable to source all blue units. We had been advised that, once delivered, you intended to repaint them anyway (confirmed by your colleague’s email). We always try to meet our customer’s expectations but in this case, we were not informed that it was essential that the green units were all the same shade. An exchange was offered and we regret any negative experience despite our best efforts in both pre and post-sale communications. Best Regards S Jones Containers
