“After a google search I found this company to be the best prices. Customer service was excellent Sales staff very fast in returning prices. I ordered 4 containers end of 2023 and then another 2 a couple of months ago. Used containers in very good condtion and like new. Delivery man who transported both orders was very nice and polite and I will use S Jones Containers along with their delivery partner again if the need ever arises.”

“This was the first time using this company as I usually use a competitor. The enquiry stage was dealt with exeptionaly well by Christine 10 out of 10 and apart from the time of delivery which i am just not going into the actual delivery was saved by probably the best delivery driver I have had on a site for 30 years but he was a contractor. The middle stage of the process was just a nightmare with trying to deal with people that dont want to discuss anything even when your trying to help. All they really want to do is read out from a hymn sheet and quote terms and conditions. The administrator was terrible to deal with even replying to an email with an email stating her working days and hours which on this occasion meant she should still have been at work. Anyway I got the container which was fine and a reasonable price in the end.”

“Great service from first contact to delivery, Elisha answered all my queries by email promptly so we had clear knowledge of the product. Delivery driver called an hour before just as they said he would, then positioned it perfectly for us. 10/10. Will be using again.”

“Both over 18 months of container hire and then the purchase of a container to replace the one on hire the service has been excellent. All the staff I have spoken too are knowledgeable and get back quickly when they need to consult with others to sort unusual requirements. I would definitely recommend them.”
