“Sarah, as usual, was very helpful and efficient; even when the lock-boxes were missed off there was no drama she just arranged for them to be fitted - job done. This is the second container we have bought from you and would not hesitate to recommend (and have done so).”

“Very pleased with the colour, which blends well into the wooded area. Unfortunately the lock and padlock are out of line and cannot be engaged so it is not secure. I emailed about this two days ago and have not been contacted. Disappointing.”

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your query about prices and would like to explain why they are not quoted on our website. Prices vary due to many factors such as cost of new stocks, which change more than they stay the same, so any ‘generic’ price we quoted on our website would be more misleading than helpful. This would then cause issues when customers wanted to place orders and found prices to be different. Also, the additional benefit of being able to speak directly to customers is that we can understand their requirements in more detail which enables us to be able to offer a personalised service and advice on planned applications, and a bit of advice from us can dramatically improve a customer’s overall outcome for their project. “Overall a good experience, despite an issue relating to the limited access to our site. The delivery driver was incredibly helpful and resourceful, managing to make delivery even though his vehicle was very much on the limit on size. S. Jones staff and the transport company staff were friendly and helpful throughout.”

“A little concerned with the additional deposit considering payment is up front. The delivery driver was exceptional, despite the concerns about lifting the container over the hedge it was and successfully, no hold up of cars, Should we require a further container or when the container is collected we would request the same driver nothing was too much trouble”

With regards to the deposit and without specific details in this case, we do in some instances and for various reasons require a deposit. “Everything perfect except for the delivery and installation process. The haulage company used did not have the essential type of hiab to position the containers correctly We had to arrange another company ourselves, and when these guys turned up, you realised how bad the first lot where”

“when initial gathering quotes, S jones were the best price over 2 other competitors. Must of had 2 follow up calls which was good as dont always have the time to make arrangements and the calls prompted me to action the purchase. i wasnt there when it was delivered, however i have had no reports of any problems. the process was straighforward and would definately recommend.”

“Service is o.k - they do what it says on the time. Only gripe was the poor quality plastic gift , that I got sent in the post . It was a rectangular key ring that had a light on it , which snapped in half after being in my pocket for 1 day. It was no more the quality of an item from a 'lucky dip'. It's like giving someone a gift of wine .. that tastes like vinegar- what's the point ? If your going to saying thank you , say it with smile & a handshake & it if your going to give a gift make it a quality one ! Regards Rod”
