“Bought two for the Scouts along with guttering and joining pieces. We can now use them as one big tent or as two individual tents. The material is very good quality, as is the frame. I prefer them to a traditional tent as the material dries quickly and when stored, the footprint is very small when they are standing up. They can also be used on hard standing as well as on grass. I use sandbags for hard standing. At Big Camp in Harrogate the kids hung their wet clothes in the roof of the frame, which was very handy. Two people can put them up. A traditional tent of this size would require a team to put it up. I had a similar tent from Rock Awnings which I bought in 2010. I use it about 15 times a year and it is still going.”

“All I can say is the product is 1st class and the customer service is excellent. Orders for a school event on a Wednesday. Delivered Friday morning and the printed valances a few days later. Would and have recommended them to friends”

“What a waste of money the product is not up to standard. This is the second summer of use can't just leave it up any time the wind gets above 12 mph have to take down. Three legs have broken at the foot. Rockawning reluctantly change the first that snapped of but made it clear that that would not do so again Now all the legs stand in a bucket full of postcret but at least I don't have to keep taking it down and they will not snap at the foot any more Please don't buy”

“We have purchased two Pro 50 gazebo's from Rock Awnings up to date & have found the company very helpful indeed. We use our gazebo's for markets & other events & so far so good. If we purchase another gazebo in the future we would definitely consider Rock Awnings.”

“Excellent strength and easy to assemble. Unfortunately for me the curtains being on the outside is a big problem, the one side of my gazebo has to be situated near a decking drop so the curtain is not accessible. Went for pink which is a lovely colour but its VERY pink inside too (especially with curtains closed. 2 doors would be better than 1 as it gets very hot, a 2nd door would give air flow.”

“customer service is very poor, you write in the notes section of your order and it is totally ignored. even when you speak to them beforehand and arrange something it still gets ignored.”

“Sent the wrong colour gazebo sides. Doing an event this weekend and couldn’t sort until Monday. Leaving me without protection for the event then wanted me to faff around and wait in for a delivery driver to do a swap. I work full time! Not impressed.”

“rubbish customer service, keep refering you back to the website, half your links don't work and vital information missed in telephone communicaiton with them. guessing thier - "where the cheapest" claim extends to total lack of service”
