“Second time we have ordered a gazebo ,my wife had ordered a cheap Amazon one told her waste of time 3weeks in bit of wind frame collapsed so we got the 3x3 hex 55 with side panels WOW don’t bother cheap is no good can not beat these guys1st class service and a gazebo that would withstand a hurricane the difference is fantastic thanks . “Rock Awnings gives you everything you need from a company. For starters they friendly, helpful and efficient. Secondly, they are people who are directly connected to their stock and systems. After placing my order I phoned and asked if I could change the colour. Within a minute the man on the phone had walked into the warehouse, physically looked for the other colour, and said no problem and swapped it. After I took delivery I then phoned and said we urgently needed a second gazebo due to the weather forecast and the number of guests we had coming to our event. Just 24 hours later we had both gazebos in the garden ready for our guests. It's great to deal with a company of real people who can help directly without being passed from department to department and still not getting answers. I had a problem and it was sorted straight away. Great product also! Strong, sturdy and very high quality. Thank you Rock Awnings!”

“Wanted a replacement side panel for my Hex45 awning. Rang customer service. If awning is over 5 years old (mine is) they will not guarantee the panel will fit/zip together with the other panels. Not able to tell me when or what changes made to the specification. Will not accept a return if the new panel does not fit. You're forced to buy a full new set of panels. Appalling service.”

“My Explorer Canopy survived standing outside 24/7 for over a year. It survived Storm Eowyn and numerous other stormy days on the west coast of Scotland. That in itself is testament to the quality and it is only improved by the excellent customer service from the personnel at Rock Awnings. A big shout out to all at Rock Awnings and, as Arnie would say, 'I'll be back'!!!”

“I’ve purchased two of the Explorer popup gazebos for my landscape company and couldn’t fault them. For a mid range gazebo which is well built, easy to erect and at a very competitive price you can’t go wrong. The sides are easy to fit and the gutter attachment is a great idea. Great service and very quick delivery. Spot on!”

“We used Rock Awnings to order a branded gazebo and flags for our promotional day @ our local town centre. From start to finish the team (i was mainly dealing with Richard who was great) was so helpful! From design to print i couldn't fault anything, i would highly recommend. The printing and delivery was quick and efficient, and most importantly the quality of the branded printing on the fabric was amazing. Not to mention the quality of the gazebo, super sturdy (HEX 45) and conveniently packs away with the travel bags provided. Thanks so much to the team at Rock Awnings, from all of us at Bracknell Plumbing & Heating. Could not recommend enough!!!”

“We recently bought a gazebo from Rockawnings. Prior to placing the order I did considerable research. Rock Awnings seemed a good choice. We have not been disappointed. From my first contact with Richard Walmsley to the final delivery this company has been just great to deal with. Whilst this was a major purchase for our small community group I am sure it was a relatively small one for Rockawnings but the service was spot on. So refreshing to deal with a company who give good customer service. We have already used our gazebo and it is fab it definitely made us happy (and dry!!!) Thank you from all the Thirsk Yarnbombers.”

“We're very happy with our printed gazebo from Rock Awnings, and I'd definitely recommend them. The team were very helpful with the ordering process and sending over the design proofs quickly - they understood exactly what we wanted and an amendment was handled smoothly. The Rhino Hex 45 gazebo itself was solid, good value, and worked really well for our street stall. It was a big improvement over a typical cheap gazebo as it's taller, more inviting and looks professional. Lastly, the the team's after-sales service has been extremely helpful and they've been responsive to emails.”

“Fantastic company! I had to order a professional standard gazebo at very short notice, Rock Awnings was one of the recommended companies and they were brilliant. The customer service is excellent - gave great advice and they made sure the gazebo was on the next day delivery. They answered my follow up queries promptly and were very helpful. The gazebo itself was excellent - easy to use and gave excellent protection from strong winds and rain. Completely recommend Rock Awnings!”
