“I have just successfully been switched to tier 2 general from tier 4 dependant in the UK and my wife from tier 4 to my dependant with the help of RLegal Solicitors. “The staff of the RLegal Solicitors helped me with the application for the British citizenship. Even though I am an EU national my case was complicated by the fact that I had been living in the UK prior to the 2004 accession of Eastern European countries to the EU. After it was confirmed by the solicitor at the firm that I could indeed apply for the British citizenship from then on the process went very smoothly. I was confident that everything would be in order with my application which was checked and submitted on my behalf by the RLegal Solicitors. I was offered very professional and solid advice and assistance throughout and felt that the services were fairly priced. I was very pleased to receive my British citizenship within about 4 months of my application.”

“I cannot say enough about the excellent knowledge and capabilities of the R Legal team. In 2010, they helped me remain in the UK by cutting through the massive red tape when my Highly Skilled Migrant visa was switched to a Tier 1 status. The requirements under the Tier 1 visa changed and my understanding of the new requirements and my conversations with the inept and thoughtless staff at the Home Office led me to believe that I was ineligible for a visa extension. R Legal’s familiarity with immigration laws helped to determine that I was eligible to remain in the UK and helped me process my extension. In 2013, R Legal helped me remain in the country again by identifying that I needed to renew my Tier 1 visa for six months before I would be eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain. Without R Legal’s advice on the Tier 1 renewal process, I would have been forced to leave the country. The renewal of my Tier 1 visa was very quick and did not interrupt any of my business travel plans. R legal contacted me and helped me obtain Indefinite Leave to Remain status as soon as I became eligible. R Legal prepared my application for British Citizenship and I look forward to becoming a British Citizen on the 3 December 2014. R Legal’s knowledge allows them simplify the confusing and ever changing immigration laws to provide their clients with straight forward advice and comfort. Their effectiveness in preparing immigration applications produces results and is great value for money.”

“We have dealt with David at R Legal since March 2012 who helped me to get back into the country after getting a refusal to enter to the UK coming back from holidays. David’s support throughout the whole process was invaluable and his confidence, knowledge, patience and direction was incredible. David is a great person to deal with and his big smile and supportive words are everything anyone submitting an application form would like to have during that stressful time. Collecting documents can be stressful, but make sure you do everything as David and the Rlegal team tells you. Also, the team who work with him accompanying you in the Croydon office are extremely helpful too. Tadas knows how to do his job very well. So, you should trust them all the time. I recommend David to anyone who wants to submit any visa/ passport applications from inside and outside the UK without any doubt they will be successful for you, the same as they have been for me.
