“Due to my error, I managed to order a quite expensive item, twice by mistake and the money left my account twice. I was like 'Aaaaarrrghg'. But someone from Riverboate emailed me asking if I had meant to do 2 orders in close succession. I explained I hadnt meant to, so they refunded the second in full no questions asked. Excellent customer service - Many thanks Riverboat. Great product too. :-).”

“Ich habe die faltbare Pokertischauflage CHAMPION bestellt. Nach ca 10 Werktagen (Lieferung aus Frankreich) wurde mir die Auflage zugestellt. Die Qualität der Auflage ist meiner Meinung nach die beste die es für das Geld zu kaufen gibt. Das eingearbeitete Holz macht richtig was her und fühlt sich sehr hochwertig an. Die Karten und Spielchips gleiten wunderbar über den Stoff der optisch mit den vier Kartensymbolen perfekt in Szene geworfen wird. Auch die stark gepolsterte Armablage ist sehr angenehm und für lange Spielsessions geeignet. Kurz nach dem Erhalt der Ware ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Auflage im Preis reduziert wurde. Nach einer kurzen Mail an dem Support wurde mir auf Kulanz sogar die Differenz erstattet. Also Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit meinem Einkauf bei Riverboat und kann jedem die Seite und Produkte weiterempfehlen. Gutes Blatt wünscht Benni vom Difiggiano Poker Club”

“I ordered my riverboat gaming table top in urgent circumstances. The chaps and I had an evening of texas hold'em poker and steaks planned for Friday night, and I ordered on Wednesday night about 1am. Considering the large size of the item I held little hope that we would play upon it's lush velvet surface for the event, but I was happily proved wrong. The customer service over email was prompt, personable and competent. In no time I had paid a small additional charge and was hand delivered the table top Friday morning. Earnt a review and we had a great time. If you are thinking, why should i buy one of these table tops compared to a table mat? I'll tell you the answer. The cushioned armrest around the outside of the table is a game-changer for everyone playing. You need it. Thanks”
