It may be an installation issue so I've messaged you to ask for a bit more detail on this one so that we can resolve for you. “Koffer komplett zerstört angekommen. Kaputte Chips mit bereits bei der Produktion entstanden Fehlern (z.B Aufdruck). Zerkratze Buttons und ein Koffer dessen Innenfächer bereits abgebrochen waren.”

Es tut mir wirklich leid, wie Sie das hier erhalten haben. Die Beschädigung des Gehäuses ist sicherlich während des Transports passiert, verursacht durch falsche Handhabung durch den Kurier. Hi Lewis, Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your product. If you would like to let us know a bit more about the issues we will happily replace anything that you consider to not be up to standard? With regards to delivery. We use DPD or DHL next day services which are generally reliable, so apologies that your delivery was slow. Many couriers were experiencing delays over this period and at this time of year these kind of delays do sometimes happen unfortunately.
