Due to my error, I managed to order a quite expensive item, twice by mistake and the money left my account twice. I was like 'Aaaaarrrghg'. But someone from Riverboate emailed me asking if I had meant to do 2 orders in close succession. I explained I hadnt meant to, so they refunded the second in full no questions asked.
