“Several months ago I contacted Alex McGarvey from Ritewealth.co.uk to sort my jumble of small pensions out as I didn't know what to do with them. He took the time to visit me at home and spent time going through my policies then contacted the pension companies to check if they were active and find out how much was in the plans. He kept me updated by email and telephone along the way and when he had the information he came back to me at home with options. There were three companies which offered different plans and he showed me the pros and cons of them all and I chose a plan that was right for me and was what I wanted originally but didn't know how to go about it. Everything is clear for me and in place now and I am reassured that if I need any further information I can contact him and we have agreed that he would visit me twice a year to let me know how the plan is doing and organise drawdowns when I need them. I would like to mention that as a family, we are dealing with a really difficult situation as my husband is living with terminal cancer and sometimes I get distracted. Alex was patient, understanding and professional and made me feel confident that he was taking care of my finances.
