Rhino Aluminium Ltd are manufacturers of Aluminium Bi-folding Doors and Aluminium Windows. We have been in the trade for 20 years and are proud of what we do.

We are a 3 generation family business based in the South East of the United Kingdom with our focus firmly fixed on quality, professionalism and value for money.

Established in 2012 the directors of Rhino Aluminium identified the lack of Aluminium fabricators in the industry that were able to deliver a great product coupled with a good level of customer service.

The directors of Rhino Aluminium – Andrew & Paul – both come from completely separate business backgrounds and bring a mixture of skills and expertise to the business from their involvement and experience within these professional sectors of industry.

“I actually like dealing with all the staff on the front line and transport and servicing however something nearly always goes wrong. My last small order of one commercial door and sidelight had five things wrong with it, Missing Pressing which when it did arrive was wrong and had to be re-ordered, letterbox wrong colour and fitted upside down, damage to handle on delivery, damage to outer frame on delivery. The door may have been bought in from another supplier of Rhinos, but it should have been checked before coming to me. Anyway... All these things were put right fairly promptly which was good. Rhino virtually always seem to put thing right... however all too often things go wrong.”

“My order consisted of 4 windows and a pair of french doors. The windows were of a simple design made accurately and well finished no problems as yet. The french doors are a different story. The corner mitres of the outer frame had unacceptable gaps and had to be returned. This was corrected but took a couple of weeks. On fitting, the doors had an alignment problem. it was not possible to correct with the minimal amount adjustment available. I was told this was a Aluframe profile design fault. To Rhino's credit a full remake of the door set was offered along with a fix by modification and a guarantee that the fix would be a permanent fix. As I am a reasonable person I opted for the fix which was carried out succesfully and I now watch that space so to speak. Sorry Rhino only 3 stars but not a good experience overall and I am still not 100% confident in the longevity of the doors.”

“Product looked good in showroom and well priced but sadly having reported problems have had no satisfactory response regarding manufacturing fault. Also rubber gasket supplied was defective and I have to pay installer to replace it.”

Dear Mr Kingsman, thank you for your review which we appreciate. I have asked all members of staff and nobody is aware of any reported issues with regards to your order. Please could you let us know who you reported the issues to? Could you also provide us with the details of the manufacturing fault (although we find that these are 99% of the time an installation issue and mistakenly reported as a manufacturing problem. The rubber gasket problem you mention also indicates a bad installation as when the products is not 'toe and healed' correctly the gasket is often pulled out of the frame - all of which sound as though the install was not conducted correctly on the first time. I hope this helps.
