“Was under the impression it was free shipping, then I get hit with $17.99 during checkout. I don't need it rushed, so why isn't there a cheaper "standard" shipping method? Seems sneaky to me. If I wasn't tired of uploading and ordering things, I'd definitely go to one of your competitors that has free shipping...There's a lot of them.”
