“The banner design software is clunky and difficult to use. I couldn't tell how well it fit, I couldn't move once zoomed in on the banner, it doesn't scale with locked dimensions... a bunch of simple issues that could be easily cleaned up to provide a MUCH better experience.”

“I can't rate at this time. Ordering on Sunday and was not able to speak with anyone. I had questions about removing taxes from my order due to tax exempt status but had to order without the answer due to short turnaround time.”

“I was disappointed that the pricing continued to change. We were supposed to get 55% off and my order continued to revert back to 50%. The last technical person I spoke with was very helpful. I would love a call back on Monday regarding the problem of not receiving 55% off.”

“I just spent 15 minutes on a call hoping to have my tax exempt removed. I sent the form in in August 29, 2022 and it is not on file. I know have to wait for an email from your CSR so I can send the form again. This has not been a positive experience.”
