About Relentless Microcement:

Richie and Sally, the founders of Relentless Interiors first identified a potential market for concrete interiors whilst they were renovating their own house back in 2015.

Having been inspired by the emerging concrete interiors trend, they we’re surprised to find that there were very few companies offering concrete products in the UK. After some extensive research, they discovered microcement and set about getting some training from a supplier in Spain.

Fortunately, Richie’s previous experience in concrete production, plastering and rendering meant he was well suited to the work involved. Sally, who’s background is in marketing, set about building the Relentless brand.

A few years on and the product offer has grown considerably to include concrete furniture, worktops, sinks, walls, floors and microcement supplies. Richie and Sally’s drive to constantly expand their offer and develop new products means they continue to stay in tune with interior & architectural trends.

The couple have built a reputation for having a genuine, helpful and friendly approach to industry professionals and homeowners alike.

“I only had a small hearth that i wanted to micro cement, and being my first time was a bit apprehensive about doing it. So i purchased 2 sample kits and it came with really easy to use instructions and step by step guides. I think i did quite a good job. Really happy with this product.”

“I would like to thank Richie and Sally for the hospitality they showed on my training day. I regards to the training it is obvious Richie has vast experience in dealing with many products and especially the microcement products. His knowledge is excellent and his experience shows this. I would like to say the day was well planned and the Burrito for lunch was delicious. The day was well planned and well executed through the various finishing products. As advice to anyone thinking of doing this course I think the full process of this product and all that it entails, is a lengthy process for a beginner or even for someone with lots of experience. So take lots of notes and follow the process and most importantly of all use Richie knowledge to identify the down falls of situations that could cause the products to fail. Richie and Sally offer a full service, They also offer a pop in on Thursdays to have a play around with products.. take the opportunity to do so. before you cost a job up and expand your own knowledge of the products. and the various products for lots of different applications. This is so they don't get call backs and you get the invaluable expertise of Richie and Sally so you can make a great business greater for you who ever you are and for them as they deserve a be great business. I look forward to popping in on a few Thursdays to develop my product knowledge and look forward to working with you both in the future. Steve”

“The end product in its final form is good, the support is good. Love the result and the look of my bathroom. However, for the products that come premixed (Microne and Microrock), there are a lot of lumps which must be taken out before commencing the application process... A little dissappointed since it resulted in quite a bit wastage... End up having to buy more...”

“Avoid this company and micro cement at all costs , I had my kitchen worktops done and right from the start the product was terrible , it initially stained which Relentless tried to rectify but it actually made it look worse, 2 yrs on and the product has started to crack and has totally come away around the sink will be contacting trading standards.”

“Good customer service but the quality of the samples vs the cost is very poor. For £9 plus postage you get a small bit of ragged mdf with a lick of paint in the top, not a quality sample so doesn’t fill you with confidence on the end result.”
