“Recently used Reboxed to purchase an iPhone 13 for a family member as a Christmas gift (to replace an older iPhone). Condition was advertised as Premium with minimum marks and at least 80% battery health. However when received device was immaculate, and had 100% battery health which was a nice surprise. Ordering was hassle free, delivery was smooth, however I will say I never did receive a dispatch email to say it was on its way. One day, it just showed up, but other than that, zero complaints. Would strongly consider using them again when I am in the market for a new iPhone. P.S - Thanks for the free sweets!”

“Initially I was sent the correct model phone but not in the condition I had ordered. Reboxed sorted this out swiftly for me with an apology phone call from the CEO and excellent customer service all the way through the process from Sarah. When the replacemnt phone arrived it was in excellent condition at a far lower price than I would have had to pay new, even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and it was in pristine condition. To me, this is a no-brainer, a new phone but at a much reduced cost helping save the planet's valuable and fast-diminishing resources.”

“I've just received my recycled phone and its in great condition and full working order. Unfortunately the first handset that I bought got lost by the Royal Mail in the Jubilee Mail Centre (according to the parcel tracking). Reboxed had no hesitation is sorting out a replacement phone, despite it not being their fault, and getting it over to me with 24-hour delivery.”

“I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the product, the clarity of the website, the speed of delivery and especially with the follow-up service from the Customer Care team. I got in touch re a voucher code issue and also to ask whether they had a protective case. The speed of response was very quick and the person I dealt with (Emma) couldn't have been more helpful. The only suggestion I'd offer to enhance the service further would be to include some BASIC instruction for operating the phone - in my case the change of model involved a different operating system so simple stuff such as how to switch it off was different and took a bit of trial and error/googling.”

“I was searching for an iPhone 13 128GB and found one in Premium condition on Reboxed at a price well below anything I’d seen elsewhere, including Reboxed, which seemed too good to be true. There was a wait of a week while it was being refurbished but it was well worth the wait. When it arrived it was ‘as new’ with a 100% battery condition. I can honestly say I’m delighted with my purchase.”

“Ordered an Iphone15 Pro for myself and my wife to replace our aging Iphone 6S and decided due to cost and trying to do the best to avoid unecessay waste to go down the refurbished route. Saw reboxed via my blue light card and lebarra and read up on them - then took the plunge. My phone arrived 2 days later it is virtually brand new - if it has any signs of previous use I can't see them, works great and I am throughly satisfied with the phone and service I have received from reboxed. I will use them again and will strongly reccommend them to anyone.”

“I was a bit aprehensive at first with the thought of buying a previously used phone, but I really shouldn't have been as the phone I received was brilliant. The phone was listed as "fair" condition but arrived looking as new. Fantastic service and wuick delivery. I would advise you to use reboxed, as I will continue too in the future, and would recommend reboxed to family and friends. 20/10 for me 😀.”
