Gonna be honest I ordered a Samsung s22 ultra on October 15 and I finally had it nearly a month later . After quite a few emails back and forth finally found out it was a delay from there supplier. I did have to push for this answer. When my order was ready I had it 24 hrs later and supper pleased with the phone and the condition of it as well. The free Samsung case they supplied me with was useless as I need a robust case and this one was flimsy, also the screen protector was out of stock so they issued me with a 10 pound refund to be able to by myself a protector. Would I order off these guys again 🤔 yes I would

I bought a "pristine" Google Pixel 8 pro. It had one tiny mark, so not 100% pristine... Nevertheless I kept it and I'm very pleased with it. And I would buy from this company again. Oh! By the way, the price was good 😊!

First time using reboxed having chosen the phone l wanted a few days past l contacted reboxed for an update. Received a reply the next day saying there was a delay with the phone in the chosen colour but a free upgrade was available for immediate delivery if acceptable which l chose and am very happy with to date.

I have purchased a new Z Fold phone which I have recieved and I am trying to trade in my old mobile but your trade in part of the site has been down for a month or more with the message (We're currently upgrading our systems and will be back soon!) how do I trade my old phone in to help towards the costof my new phone !!

Phone arrived with faulty mother board! Meaning lost all my info, wouldn’t switch off, overheated, wouldn’t open. Shocking state for a supposedly checked phone to be sent in. I’d avoid this company.

Highly recommend Reboxed. Originally heard about them via Smarty who we having a rolling phnoe contract with. However, since then I've heard great comments form friends about them. They were not mistaken, their customer service is brilliant. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and happy to deal with any queries you have. Will definitely use Reboxed again in the future :-)

Waited 3 weeks to receive the wrong phone. sent it back and then rather than provide me with the phone I ordered they cancelled my whole order. what a waste of a month

After a few days of mix ups over colour (i received a white phone as black not available ) eventually got my phone Can't complain it's pristine Thanks to GHeeta for her help still waiting on sceen protector but hopefully it will turn up Samsung s22 ultra

Purchased an iPhone 15 promax. Delivered on time but had a fault (no WiFi). Had to spend half a day with Apple online and in-store sorting it out. At the same time, Reboxed were marketing to me offering me a better deal than the one I just signed up to. I complained about both issues, got a £20 refund for the marketing, no mention about the massive inconvenience caused by the fault.
