“A little over 2 weeks ago I came across Adam and Rapid Sale. Tonight I'm mortgage free and up to my ears in packing boxes. I'm still reeling from the speed it all happened. Adam explained every step and organised the whole process. In a few hours I had an offer which, once agreed doesn’t leech away just before completion unlike some horror stories I've heard. The property is actually purchased by the company and they don’t just act as agents. The price I was offered was maybe a tiny bit less than others would have tempted me with but it was more than fair and covered what I needed it to. No hassle, no surveys, no up front fees, no solicitors offices, no weeks of being in limbo waiting for things to happen. I even have an agreed period here, rent free, while I find my next home. Just great professional service from everyone I have dealt with during the last two weeks with Adam on the end of a phone or a text if I had questions, always cheerful and helpful. A true five star guy making what is notoriously one of the most stressful times we put ourselves through so unbelievably easy. Thank you to all involved. Margaret Jackson”

“If I could rate higher than 5 star I would. Previous to dealing with rapid sale i tried selling my property to a company called springbok,these messed me about for over 3 months,they reduced there offer on my property 3 times before finally pulling out leaving me with a solicitors bill which they state they pay. Thankfully I came across rapid sale,I honestly cant thank Adam and his team enough,these guys had offered me the price I was looking for and not once did they try and reduce there offer.from start to finish it took about 3 weeks for for the sale to complete which is amazing considering this was over the Christmas period and I also had charges against my property which Adam also covered the cost of.rapid sale dont youse investors to purchase your property like the majority of company's like sprinbok do.i honestly cant thank Adam enough from stopping my house been repossessed and completing the sale so quick.if your reading these reviews and are in similar situation to mine, please guys dont waste your time with other companys to be messed around like I did,I promise you that you will also be leaving 5 star review if you go with rapid sale”

“If you are looking to sell your property, I would definitely recommend Adam and Rapid Sale. He is completely honest and trustworthy and the price he gives you for your home will be the price he pays for it. Please be aware that there are a lot of home buying property companies on the internet who offer to pay more for your property but what they don’t tell you is that they don’t buy your property, they just find a buyer and they also tend to drop the price once a survey has been done and then again when the sale is about to complete leaving you high and dry. Adam is very true to his word and when he promises to buy it for the price given in 7 days he literally moves mountains to keep to it. Thank you so much Adam - I can now get on with the next chapter of my life x”

“I can't thank Adam and his team enough. Rapid Sale saved me from repossession and ensured I didn't lose the substantial equity in the property. It was plain sailing from start to finish, all handled by Adam and the solicitors so I didn't have to deal with my (awful) mortgage company. “I am amazed how quickly this all happened! In 7 days we sold and had the cash in our bank. After trying to sell our flat and sales falling through my son sent me a link to rapid sale. I had called a few other cash sale companies a while ago but never went ahead because of so many reviews for last minute price drops. I called Adam really just to see what he would offer. After speaking with him he made us an offer. Of course it was lower than the market value but in all honesty it was the best offer we could hope for in our circumstances. And with no estate agent fees, legal fees management packs etc we were happy with what he offered. He promised he would not drop the price he gave. I was half expecting him to but true to his word he didn’t. He sorted everything so quickly. All legal fees were paid by him and he arranged an independent solicitor for us. We literally only had to fill in paperwork which a courier brought to us and helped fill in. He really has got us out of a hole and I can’t recommend him enough. If your expecting full market value this is not the way to sell but if you need to sell quickly Adam is definitely the guy to go to and I highly recommend.”

“We chose them because of the certainty and with others we felt that wasn't there and we chose them because they could do it in a week and they actually buy it rather than act as an agent. We would recommend Adam to anyone he went over and above to help us we gave him five stars but would give more if possible thank you Adam”

“What can I say, Adam was brilliant, kept me up to date everyday was only ever a phone call away, he also sorted a first class solicitor for me and paid all the costs, even the courier's, and all done in less than a week!!! 100 per cent amazing, 200 per cent happy, cheers Adam, your a star🙂”

“We found ourselves in what we thought was an impossible situation with very little time to do anything about it, our property was being repossessed in a matter of days. I made contact with Adam via the Rapid sale website thinking I was more than likely too late to do anything about the predicament we were in, we were wrong. Adam and his team amazed us with how fast they got the ball rolling and motivated us into getting things organised. Considering everything that was closing down around us with coronavirus, Adam got the job done. We are finally relaxing this evening now the sale of our property has been confirmed today.
