“If you are looking to sell your property, I would definitely recommend Adam and Rapid Sale. He is completely honest and trustworthy and the price he gives you for your home will be the price he pays for it. Please be aware that there are a lot of home buying property companies on the internet who offer to pay more for your property but what they don’t tell you is that they don’t buy your property, they just find a buyer and they also tend to drop the price once a survey has been done and then again when the sale is about to complete leaving you high and dry. Adam is very true to his word and when he promises to buy it for the price given in 7 days he literally moves mountains to keep to it. Thank you so much Adam - I can now get on with the next chapter of my life x”

“We needed to sell a property that was part of an estate and was quite run down, and we also lived a long way from the property, which made viewings difficult. I was initially sceptical about using a company like Rapid Sale, worrying there might be a catch. However, from the very first contact with Kerry, everything was clearly explained and all our questions and concerns were answered in a friendly and professional manner. Kerry was always quick to respond to any questions and kept us fully up to date at every stage of the process. The house was marketed through their local agent and, thankfully, it sold quite quickly. We also used the solicitor team provided by Rapid Sale, who were very helpful and efficient throughout. The whole process was completely stress-free. I would highly recommend speaking with Kerry and the rest of the team at Rapid Sale, as they genuinely help make selling a house a stress-free experience.”

“My mother's flat needed to be sold. She is in a care home and the proceeds of the sale will fund the fees. As the flat had been on the market for a few months, and time was getting short, I contacted three agencies which seemed likely to deal with the sale quickly. One was not interested and one wasted a lot of my time before withdrawing their offer. Kerry at at RapidSale, however, said that she was fairly confident of being able to complete a sale at around the price I had considered acceptable. The flat was leasehold and there were a few complications involving the management company. These were dealt with efficiently by RapidSale's solicitors, however, and Kerry kept me well informed throughout the process. The flat was sold at the price quoted. Nice people to deal with, straightforward and honest. Recommended.”

“During a particular stressful and upsetting time Claire and Kerry provided excellent customer service which went above and beyond anything I expected. Nothing was too much trouble for them from start to finish. They were only ever a phone call away to provide support and reassurance at all times. In this current climate it is rare to find people so caring and supportive. Never judgemental or dismissive. Their professionalism and understanding of the situation is commendable and made this whole process so much easier to handle. Thank you to them both.”

“With the economy and interest rates as they are, my mother needed to sell her house quickly. I made several Google searches and other companies were offering quick sales but were taking months and months. Adam was true to his word and the sale was made on the date that was specified and monies were transferred to the lawyers acting on our behalf and into our account within hours including paying off the existing mortgage. Adam was fantastic to talk to and kept me informed as to the progress/status. They arranged a courier to move paperwork to the lawyers which helped with the fast pace of the sale (compared to using Royal Mail's special delivery)!”

“A little over 2 weeks ago I came across Adam and Rapid Sale. Tonight I'm mortgage free and up to my ears in packing boxes. I'm still reeling from the speed it all happened. Adam explained every step and organised the whole process. In a few hours I had an offer which, once agreed doesn’t leech away just before completion unlike some horror stories I've heard. The property is actually purchased by the company and they don’t just act as agents. The price I was offered was maybe a tiny bit less than others would have tempted me with but it was more than fair and covered what I needed it to. No hassle, no surveys, no up front fees, no solicitors offices, no weeks of being in limbo waiting for things to happen. I even have an agreed period here, rent free, while I find my next home. Just great professional service from everyone I have dealt with during the last two weeks with Adam on the end of a phone or a text if I had questions, always cheerful and helpful. A true five star guy making what is notoriously one of the most stressful times we put ourselves through so unbelievably easy. Thank you to all involved. Margaret Jackson”
