“If you are looking to sell your property, I would definitely recommend Adam and Rapid Sale. He is completely honest and trustworthy and the price he gives you for your home will be the price he pays for it. Please be aware that there are a lot of home buying property companies on the internet who offer to pay more for your property but what they don’t tell you is that they don’t buy your property, they just find a buyer and they also tend to drop the price once a survey has been done and then again when the sale is about to complete leaving you high and dry. Adam is very true to his word and when he promises to buy it for the price given in 7 days he literally moves mountains to keep to it. Thank you so much Adam - I can now get on with the next chapter of my life x”

“With the economy and interest rates as they are, my mother needed to sell her house quickly. I made several Google searches and other companies were offering quick sales but were taking months and months. Adam was true to his word and the sale was made on the date that was specified and monies were transferred to the lawyers acting on our behalf and into our account within hours including paying off the existing mortgage. Adam was fantastic to talk to and kept me informed as to the progress/status. They arranged a courier to move paperwork to the lawyers which helped with the fast pace of the sale (compared to using Royal Mail's special delivery)!”

“A little over 2 weeks ago I came across Adam and Rapid Sale. Tonight I'm mortgage free and up to my ears in packing boxes. I'm still reeling from the speed it all happened. Adam explained every step and organised the whole process. In a few hours I had an offer which, once agreed doesn’t leech away just before completion unlike some horror stories I've heard. The property is actually purchased by the company and they don’t just act as agents. The price I was offered was maybe a tiny bit less than others would have tempted me with but it was more than fair and covered what I needed it to. No hassle, no surveys, no up front fees, no solicitors offices, no weeks of being in limbo waiting for things to happen. I even have an agreed period here, rent free, while I find my next home. Just great professional service from everyone I have dealt with during the last two weeks with Adam on the end of a phone or a text if I had questions, always cheerful and helpful. A true five star guy making what is notoriously one of the most stressful times we put ourselves through so unbelievably easy. Thank you to all involved. Margaret Jackson”

“I was wanting a quick sale as my last experience with an estate agent was extremely complex and lengthy, and it was not something I wanted to do again. That's when I decided I was prepared to lose value for the sake of a quick sale. Before finding Rapid Sale I had been in contact with WeBuyAnyHomeExperts. They wanted me to sign a contract to agree that the price I had been offered could be dropped where see fit, I had read other several reviews that concerned me. Luckily I found this company and spoke to Adam. He has saved me from a lot of stress and stuck to the figure that he gave me from day one. Consistently communicated with me and completion happened 11 days later. I also have been able to stay in the property for one month's rent free leaving me time to find my next property. Everyone involved, from Adam, the solicitors to the courier was fantastic and has helped me start my future. I couldn't recommend Adam enough.”

“If I could rate higher than 5 star I would. Previous to dealing with rapid sale i tried selling my property to a company called springbok,these messed me about for over 3 months,they reduced there offer on my property 3 times before finally pulling out leaving me with a solicitors bill which they state they pay. Thankfully I came across rapid sale,I honestly cant thank Adam and his team enough,these guys had offered me the price I was looking for and not once did they try and reduce there offer.from start to finish it took about 3 weeks for for the sale to complete which is amazing considering this was over the Christmas period and I also had charges against my property which Adam also covered the cost of.rapid sale dont youse investors to purchase your property like the majority of company's like sprinbok do.i honestly cant thank Adam enough from stopping my house been repossessed and completing the sale so quick.if your reading these reviews and are in similar situation to mine, please guys dont waste your time with other companys to be messed around like I did,I promise you that you will also be leaving 5 star review if you go with rapid sale”

“We found Adam approachable and true to his word. The sale was completed and money in the bank in 5 days. His team kept us up to date on every stage of the process. We were a little sceptical at the start, but due to his team keeping in touch it settled our minds and everything went as promised. We would definitely recommend Adam to anyone.”

“It was refreshing to encounter Adam and his team who unlike other so called quick buying companies who after making false promises and wasting time turn to be middle men and scammers, are genuinely buying properties and within 7 days. I received the agreed amount and no stress. Adam so kindly offered me a one month rent free in the property after completion which is just fantastic as it enabled my to vacate the property under no stress.”
