It's been a month, have not received a laptop or a refund. Their calls are also been forwarded to a call centre where people cannot really help you. I would not recommend this business.

Hello Chris, We pride ourselves in providing outstanding customer service and in instances where we get it wrong, we are the first to hold our hands up and acknowledge our error. This is not the case with your order and we feel this review is completely unwarranted and unfair. Chris, you are well aware that you placed your order and entered the completely wrong address. The item was shipped to that address, however, the delivery failed. We were in regular communication with you once you contacted us and we tried to resolve the situation and even agreed to request Parcelforce to redirect your parcel, despite this not being recommended by Paypal's buyer and seller protection programme. The item, unfortunately, could not be redirected and was instead returned to us, where a full refund was issued. I purchased a mouse from Quzo. After just over a year it developed a fault. It had a 3-year warranty and Quzo directed me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer was helpful and tried to fix the fault but eventually said that Quzo were required to replace the faulty mouse under the warranty. I asked Quzo to do this but they refused - they offered a discount voucher towards the purchase of a replacement instead. Their excuse was that the mouse was now more expensive. However, the manufacturer would have been reimbursing them so they would not have been out of pocket. The manufacturer also contacted Quzo and asked them to replace the mouse - they still refused. This was in breach of the sale of goods act and disgraceful customer service. I shall never purchase anything from them again and I would advise you to look elsewhere too.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered Asus flip book chromebook on 9th Oct for sons 21st birthday. Received email on 10th notifying me that it had been dispatched via DHL on 10th Oct, tracking number provided. So far so good. No sign of item so check tracker and it shows delayed. So I contact DHL, they state item has never been picked up. Contact Quzo who tell me it has been and they have contacted DHL who will search warehouse and interview driver who collected item and get back to me. They never did. I contact DHL on 14th Oct and they remain adamant that this was never picked up, there are no notes on the tracking number and no calls have been added from seller Quzo...why would they lie? So tried contacting Quzo again on 14th Oct...woman who took call asked me to hold and she would check and after a minute call terminates. I tried calling back, same again, caller hangs up, tried again, goes to voicemail, tried again, on hold, no one answers, hang up after 6 minutes. Emails sent, no response... I would take your business elsewhere, their reliability is questionable

Very disappointing and unreliable. Sent the wrong phone and took over a week to be advised that the phone I ordered was not available and refund would be issued instead. Waste of time and mess up my plans.

Terrible company, still not received my purchase after 7 days, customer service does not respond to emails. Having to resort to Paypal claim to try to get my refund. This is the worst online purchase experience ever. Avoid this company.
