Very poor service as I had delay due to builder being ill when I opened the item it had chip on the glass I rang and sent proof but the qs supplies refused to refund which I think unacceptable as I now have a £250 door with one end of the glass with a chip poor poor service will not be purchasing anything else would rather pay more and get better service

Ordered two shower doors, both came and one was the wrong order/size to what I had ordered. After several phone calls, being passed about, was told I would need to wait for a collection and wait in another day. Then 're order. Husband took the door back for an exchange round trip of 80 miles. No sorry, no offer of fuel money as we needed it and saved them a courier. Will not use again , customer service poor.

The worst customer service ever! QS Supplies are quite happy to charge you for for product even though they know it's out of stock. In order to find out it's out of stock YOU have to phone them! No courtesy email communicating a delay, even after over a month. I'm amazed they're still in business with that attitute.

Customer services gave me conflicting advice about delivery. I was told it would be free if I collected from depot . This wasn’t the case and I wasted a long journey. They refused to even answer my email of complaint. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole- a dishonest company.

Hopeless company. Everything I’ve ordered has been late, dreadful customer services and from experience I now shop with your rivals who are yet to let me down on any of the 6 separate orders like you have.

QS Supplies claimed that delivery for our bathroom products has been delivered but this isn't true. The courier company has forged the signature but never left any products. So far hundreds of pounds down the drain and they have been unhelpful.

I purchased a shower tray and shower wall and on the same page was extras such a riser kit which to a novice kind of meant you need this. I had a plumber let me down so by the time I got another 6 weeks had passed and he said I did not need the riser kit. I contacted QS who said no they would not take back after 14 days. I explained why it had been so long and was told no, no, no. I asked to speak to the manager Ahmed told he was busy and would call me, never did. I am self employed is an business and understand cash flow, but also if your flexible you get repeat business. For the refund of £50 or so they would have got another order for my mother in law for some £700.00, guess what not now. DONT'T deal with them......!!!!

Customer service non existent, returns policy strict and only seemed to receive communication after 14 day period had expired refused to accept return, so left out of pocket with a useless item as spec was wrong. Beware before ordering.

I wish I'd paid more attention to the negative reviews for this company on various forums. They didn't supply some parts of my order, then claimed that they had and refused to supply or refund. While I was sorting this problem out, the project was put on hold and other parts of of my order remained in their packaging after a cursory post-delivery check. This was a mistake, because when I finally was able to unpack and fit my shower screen it turned out to be damaged. Naturally, QS Supplies said I was past the deadline to report damage and refused to replace it. I managed to reclaim for the non-delivered parts through my credit card, but had to purchase another shower screen at additional expense from a competent supplier. Customer services were rude and disinterested throughout. Avoid.

Shockingly bad customer service. Informed me that an item (£300 shower screen) was not available on the day they shipped the rest of my order- leaving me with a £60 delivery on the remaining items. I would have cancelled the entire order if I had known the product (stated as in stock) on their website was actually discontinued. When I asked for credit on part of the delivery, they credited £9 instead of the £29.95 associated with the shower screen. When I complained and said I wanted to cancel the entire order- they said " too late- its shipped, and if you turn it back we will charge you for full shipping". I asked for their complaints procedure- no response. Avoid Avoid. Other websites offer to match any online price. Go to them.

I ordered and paid for over £3k worth of materials for a new bathroom. Two days later I got two emails telling me that items totalling just over £1k were out of stock or discontinued (they’re still offering those items with 3-4 day delivery on the site now). I cancelled them and asked for a refund which I was told would be immediate. It took 10 days of constant phone calls to get the refund and then they refunded only the cost of the items and not the delivery charges I’d paid which were approx £90. Eventually they agreed to refund another £60. While I was waiting for my refund and also for about another £1k of goods I discovered that the sole director of QS Supplies Online Limited, the company that is named in the T&Cs as being the operator of the website and the contracting party in my transaction, had applied to have the company dissolved. I contacted Companies House and objected to the dissolution and his application is now on hold. In a reply to me on Trustpilot the company deny this, however it is public information. If you search for QS Supplies Online Limited on the Companies House website and look at the filing history you can see both the application to strike off and the First Gazette notice. My advice - don’t be tempted by the cheap prices. The after sales service is appalling, you’ll probably have to fork out more money to someone else to actually get your items and it’s pot luck whether you’ll get a full refund if things go wrong.

We apologise that we could not offer all the goods that you had chosen on your order as some of the items had been discontinued. We have over more than 30,000 products being on our website and update them periodically when we receive information from the manufacturer. We were first made aware of the items being discontinued on the and day after you had placed your order and advised you of the same. We received an email from you for the cancellation and advised you that the refund would be processed within 7 days. We understand that you were anxious to receive your refund on the same day as you claim that we live in the 21st Century. Whilst, we endeavour to process refunds on an immediate basis we need to follow procedures for checks and balances. Your refund was processed as advised well within the time period given. We further understand that you required a refund for the carriage in excess of what had been charged on your order. We have explained this to you in detail that we would refund the carriage that you had originally paid for. The rest of your order has been delivered to you and wish that you are satisfied with the products. The details that you report on the company are erroneous. ****WARNING****Please do not buy from this company. We paid over £200 for a bathroom mirror cabbinet and within 25 months the mirror just fell off the cabinet door, broke into many large shards of glass and caused significant damage in my bathroom. More to the point if someone would have been sitting on the toilet they would have been cut to pieces and most likely killed. Upon making a complaint and request for a refund I was fobbed off with the supplier saying its outside warranty with no recognition of the fact the cabinet is a breach of contract as it is clearly not fit for purpose as required by the Sale of Goods Act 2015. I will now be taking this matter to the consumer ombudsman and court of required.

Shocking after sales service. Told product is out of stock and would not price match for 9 difference. I am an installer for 100 plus bathrooms per year but will insist my clients buy elsewhere.

After purchasing a corner vanity basin unit on 3rd May I had no contact whatsoever so in turn called 7 days later to be told I would have to wait a further 10 days for delivery! The reasons stated were the item was out of stock, this however was not stated on the website nor was any contact made to make me aware of the stock issue instead it was I who had to chase the company 7 days after my purchase! With the delivery charge just short of £30 and the lack of communication I requested my money be refunded immediately. I was advised the refund would take 5-7 working days. I refused to accept the terms and advised that in taking my money they had entered into a contract to which they had failed to honour and an immediate refund would be the only acceptable outcome to me as a consumer. I was told as I had made my purchase through PayPal that the refund would be made instantly and the funds be cleared straight away. After finishing my phone conversation I received an email stating a refund had been authorised and it stated it may take up to 7 working days to clear. On checking my PayPal account it estimated 5 working days so it was clear the manager who assured me my refund would be instant was deceitful. This company are a shambles!

This company is consistent...Consistently Incompetent. I placed a special order with 4 week lead time. They then proceeded to deliver the standard (cheaper version) of WC & Basin a week later, having charged me for the special order. I wrote back to tell them of the mistake. No apology but then asked if I really wanted the special order version. Then a couple of weeks later an email to say a new delivery was going to be made....nothing delivered. I stayed in for this delivery. No communication. When I enquired they said that both items had been damaged at their warehouse so had been scrapped. (Don't believe a word of it). Then four weeks later was advised that the special order would be coming. When it cam only the wash basin was present. Upon enquiring it transpired that they had delivered my special order WC to another customer and it had already been fitted. Another wait for four weeks for a special order WC. Finally it arrived but with no notification to collect the wrong item but I managed to convince the delivery company to take the wrong item away. So summary...Completely useless and totally incompetent company with dreadful communication, very poor at dealing with customer complaints. Barely apologises and seems to have consistently incompetent internal processes to match its customer facing side.

This company is a terrible company to deal with if you have any sort of issue and I mean that, if I could give this company - stars I would and they deserve it. I purchased a set of taps that had a fault as soon as they were fitted . I emailed the company and that's when it all went down hill, refusing to give a RMA number so can not return want a video so would have to pay to get these installed again and then send to them and I am sure more stalling. Blaming the manufacture and saying wait for them to come back to them. Complete lies as the contract is between me and the supplier not the manufacture QS Supplies know the law. I now have a set of taps that they will do nothing about. So if you have a issue good luck the only good that has come out is that no more business from me and none from a work employee which would have been a nice order to get, and make no mistake QS I will discredit at every possible chance as they deserve it. It is the must degusting vile company one could deal with, pay a bit more and get real service I was going to say third world but that would be a insult. Take my advice and stay well clear or you will regret it.

I can't explain how dreadful this company is. I ordered some items and after they didn't turn up on the date agreed I called them to find out what was happening. They said the items would turn up in a week or so. Therefore I cancelled the order and used another supplier as I had a plumber booked for a specific date. When I got the refund (weeks later) it was much less than I had expected. I asked for a breakdown of the bill and was told 'it wasn't company policy to provide this'. What? So I pushed harder and eventually got a breakdown. The refund was for 3 items rather than 4. I explained several times that I couldn't have the 4th item as none of them arrived! They wouldn't have this and have refused to issue a full refund. Upon closer research it appears that I am certainly not the only person experiencing issues so I will be taking legal action and informing trading standards about QS Supplies. Also, I am told most of the positive reviews on this site are written by their staff (ask yourself which company only have 5 star and 1 star reviews?!). Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of them.

Don't be fooled by what you see on the website. I ordered showers, toilets, sinks and a bath for 2 bathrooms in my home. Delivery was delayed with no explanation. When everything finally arrived I was dismayed at the poor quality. They obviously buy in the cheapest stuff they can. Both showers were faulty. I supplied photographs and even a video to prove the faults as requested by the so-called Support team. Finally, after threats of legal action they agreed to accept the goods back. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my refund! My advice is to shop elsewhere.

Dreadful customer service, incorrect item sent but wouldn’t confirm if they actually had stock of the correct items. On the return of incorrect item they only issued partial refund, stating we had received two items which we had not. This was despite having proof the courier only delivered one item. Continually evasive regarding refund and not returning repeated phone calls. Do not touch this disreputable company with a barge pole.
