“I ordered a new toilet seat from QS Supplies. Delivery day came and they sent me a "delivery failure" email in which they claimed their driver had called and no one answered the door, so they wanted an additional £12.00 + VAT to redeliver. Thing is, I have a security camera covering my front door, and no one came to the door. I was also working in my office which overlooks the front door. No one came to my front door. My dog is also better than any doorbell. He didn't bark. No one came to my front door. Contacting them, they were adamant their driver tried to telephone me and they had also tried, but they couldn't get an answer. There were no missed calls on my phone. These scammers are looking for the £12 to redeliver. I doubt they even shipped the goods out to me. It's a scam to make more money. Did they even have the goods in stock, which reading other reviews elsewhere it seems they might not. Don't spen your money with QS Supplies!”

“Do not shop at this store. SCAM! This has been possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. 2 of the 3 products I ordered arrived damaged and now QS Supplies are refusing to replace of refund. Even though the damage was clearly done in manufacture and transit. The prices may seem competitive but the poor service and damaged products massively out weigh the slight saving. The staff are rude and unhelpful and the poorly run company do not deserve any business”

“Customer Service is non existent, much like the products they have on their website Tried complaining to their customer service team and there was nothing their processes could do. Spent 25 minutes on hold to get an update on a possible delivery date Worse customer service in my last 10 years!!!”

“Absolutely shocking Company. Ordered a Hudson Reed shower screen and was then told it was out of stock and would take a few weeks. I then got a delivery of a completely different unbranded shower screen which I thankfully checked before the driver had gone so I could refuse delivery. I have since spent hours getting through to them on the phone but nobody can tell me anything or when I can get the screen. In the end I ordered elsewhere and I am still waiting for a refund despite numerous emails and calls. I am now dealing with the bank to charge back the payment to them to try and get my money back. As so many other reviews say, avoid at all costs.”

“Dreadful company! They list prices at lower than competitors then charge extortionate delivery charges to make up for it. As soon as you order they send an e mail stating that if you are not in when they deliver you have to pay again - except you get no advance notice of the delivery date/time. Then they state that you must sign something for the delivery driver if the goods supplied are damaged or incomplete or lose your statutory refund/reparation rights - this is illegal, especially when the delivery driver is gone before you can answer the door ! Then they send you incomplete goods without the necessary fixings - and when you contact the company you are dealt with by rude, ignorant, incompetent staff who openly exercise disability discrimination. You are told to send an e mail which might get read in a couple of days and you might get a response at some unknown point in the future ! Sending goods without the correct fixing parts costs additional money to pay a fitter to return - meaning that any low prices listed by this cowboy company is a false economy. They are being reported to Trading Standards. A truly vile company that should be avoided at all costs - AVOID AVOID AVOID !”
