“Having been hit in the back by a driver who then didn’t report the accident to his insurers or answer any calls or letters from them our case was a complete nightmare. We weren’t getting very far but it was great to have QDOS on my side. As soon as Rori took on our case everything started to sort itself out and she chased the other parties insurers relentlessly to get it sorted for us. She was also really approachable and so friendly and helpful, a credit to the company.”
